* Quick note the screenshots aren't very good because my PC is getting old and isn't the best that it could be, sorry about that. This is a mod which replaces every single law enforcement vehicle with units from the Umbrella Corporation from Resident Evil. The idea came about after looking for some umbrella mods but I could only find some reskins for some select units. So I downloaded them then set about modifying them and tweaking them then before I knew it I was replacing everything so it turned into a total police conversion. I figured I should upload it so anyone who wants something like this has a means to easily get it. My thanks to : TheAnticitizen1 on The GTA Place gave me the initial enforcer and swat skin. & ukboyracer on the GTA-Downloads website for the initial NOoSE cruiser and Patriot skins as well as the Umbrella agent skins.
