EXCLUSIVE: So nice he wore it twice! Married At First Sight's Brett Helling attempts to go incognito in Sydney by draping a shirt over his head

Brett Helling's relationship with Booka Nile has been on shaky ground on Married At First Sight

So it's no surprise the 31-year-old did his best to escape the prying eyes of cameras during a break filming the Channel Nine dating experiment.

Daily Mail Australia spotted Brett looking less than impressed as he returned to his Sydney apartment after a long day of filming.

The Melbourne based electrician covered his face with a button up shirt as he strutted across the road.

He was joined by two producers, with one of them carrying a boom microphone while the other carried a clipboard.

According to an eyewitness Brett appeared to be tense and was extremely frustrated when he noticed photographers waiting at his hotel.

Brett's bizarre sighting comes after he wore an Ansett Australia Test Series bucket hat on the Channel Nine reality show - and it sent fans into a frenzy.

In a stranger coincidence, he also sported the exact same shirt in the scene that he draped over his head on the streets of Sydney.

'Brett's terry towelling is world class,' commented one viewer.
