Galería Bond Street

"La Bond", como comúnmente se llama, es una de las galerías con más onda de Buenos Aires. Allí se reúnen todo tipo de personajes y filosofías de vida. Punks, darks, skaters, tatuadores, diseñadores under, bandas... todos ellos encontraron en esta galería de la calle Santa Fe un espacio donde expresarse cómodamente sin seguir los parámetros del establishment.

La Bond nació como el lugar de reunión de las tribus sociales que se sentían marginadas en los '80/'90, como son los punks, unders o darks, que no encajaban con el status quo o los estereotipos comerciales de la época. Ya para los '90, la galería empezó a hacerse conocida por el furor de los tatuajes, los piercings y la moda alternativa. Actualmente la Bond contiene, además de todo lo mencionado anteriormente, tiendas de música con discos inéditos, diseñadores independientes y locales skaters.

Muchas de las paredes de la galería están graffiteadas por artistas excelentes. Este toque le suma mucha onda y color a la Bond y es parte de la atmósfera alternativa que reina en el lugar. Sin dudas es una galería que vale la pena visitar; no sólo vas a encontrar buenos locales y los mejores tatuadores de Buenos Aires, sino también un espacio artístico y cultural muy interesante para conocer.

More like, Bong Street! This market is pretty cool- it's a punk rock stoner mall. The whole place is a canvas waiting for your tag, bumper sticker, or spraypaint. Nobody seems to mind if you wanna leave your mark behind.
The shops in here are mainly head shops, comic book stores, kink shops, tattoo parlors, piercing places, and CD shops. The whole place stinks of the herba. This place is a cool place to people watch or just get something subversive that'll show my contempt for the Man.
The shops in here are always fun, and they'll be sure to hook you up with a good deal on something cool. There are so many different tattoo parlors in this mall, you can really take your time and shop around and get the right one. If you're getting a World Cup tattoo, tell 'em I sent ya! There's a lot of punk rock people who just sorta hang out here. Skate or die, bruh!

Bond street is an amazing glimpse into urban culture. I walk the different levels of bond street multiple times everytime I visit BA. There's always something to look at and always the faint aroma of bad weed in the air. A must visit! Best galería by far.

Its old and run down and I don't know why anyone would come here. Tattoo shops, grow shops and head shops mainly. Many teenagers hanging out.
