This is a great quality advent calendar! 8 cars of unique make and great variety. The set appealed to both my sons and daughter, I was pleased to see a little pink on one car! It is an advantageous calendar for sharing because there are so many cars and accessories, and the car reveals are of course mostly on the earlier days for max play time. The accessories are adorable for the holidays! Very creative with the reindeer sleigh and Santa hat. The sled is our favorite, the cars all snap into it perfectly and can go sledding, it even includes the sledding hill! There are only a couple pieces that are not as functional like the gingerbread man, cute as he is. Overall a quality calendar and fun to share for the whole family.

This advent calendar is perfect for any hot wheels fan. My son loved the play area where he could start driving the cars (and some older ones of his) around.
There was a great mix of items from day to day and most important, day 1 starts off with a car and not an accessory that can't be really played with yet. The items all seem of good quality and not easily broken (and my son plays rough with his toys). My 7 year old son had no trouble opening the little doors all by himself and was very excited each day to see what surprise it would bring. One of his favorites was the Santa hat that attached to the car's wheels! He needed a little help to attach it properly the first time but got a real kick out of it and how the car could still roll and the hat would move. This would definitely be an advent calendar we would do again!

My 9 year-old son was very excited about this advent calendar, and was eager to get started with opening each “door”. The hot wheels cars were “really cool” according to my son, and were new styles for his collection. Some of the surprises in the advent were Holiday decorations (snowman, Christmas tree, snow jump), and attachments for the cars (sleigh, plow, etc). It was very entertaining, and my son used the cardboard track that came with the advent. My son liked this a lot, but wishes that the cars were metal, and that there were more cars instead of the plastic accessories. I agree, I think I’d pay a bit more for an advent with the metal Hot Wheels cars each day of the calendar, they could be holiday themed themselves instead of the added attachments.
Overall it was fun, and my son enjoyed playing with the whole set.

This is definitely a great item to have for your festive holidays. And its fun to collect each gift each day of the calendar. My son loved it. I would definitely buy it for my friends and family to enjoy too.
