We've had our robot coupe food processor for 4 years now and we use it almost every single day. It's expensive but definitely worth the investment and will last you a long time if you take care of it. If any components of the bowl or lid crack or break you can buy replacement pieces right through webstaurant as well with no issue. It's a little pricey but better than having to replace the entire unit. This food processor is great for pie doughs, quiche doughs, quick chopping of vegetables for sauces and soups, blending sauces together, and whipping up a quick mayonnaise. Definitely get one for your store!

Love this processor! We use it for grinding nuts for use in baking and pastry, and the blade doesn't dull and the motor is great for processing sturdier things like nuts.

The container and lid must be securely in place before it will work.

This was a brand new, still in the box robot coupe. All the parts are accounted for. It works like a dream. It certainly beats using my old broken down personal food processor in my commercial kitchen. I LOVE IT!!!
