I ordered two of these bras because I have another of the same size, different color, that fits me well. The bras appear to be new but have the most foul odor imaginable. When they arrived, I placed the bras, still in their plastic packaging, on top of a basket of clean sheets. Like a lot of busy people, I let it sit there for a day or two until I went to put the bra on one morning for work. The stanch was awful --smelling like a combination of rot and curry. I had already taken the tag off that bra so I put it in the laundry. Meanwhile the other bra still sat on top of the clean sheets (yes, I'm lazy). The next day, I went to change the sheets on our bed. OMG the stench that had leached onto the sheets was unbearable; I immediately took them back to the washer, along with both bras. It took two washes with both vinegar and scent booster to get the smell out of the sheets, but be bras STILL stunk. So I soaked them in a sink for 12 hours with a 50:50 solution of product called Odoban that used to work wonders on my kids' poopy cloth diapers. When that didn't work I used the stuff full strength.

So after two washes, 24 hours in stronger than normal Odoban, this morning I rinsed them thoroughly and hung them in my bathroom to dry. I got home from work today and my entire bedroom and bathroom smells like a combination of BO, curry, rot, and overly chemical fragrance! I took them outside to the dumpster. Ugh.

First of all, I wear only a minimizer %26 fluctuate between a 38 %26 40 DDD.
I am over 65 %26 even in my youth wore a minimizer. As I aged my bra’s seemed to be more uncomfortable. When I found a bra that provided more comfort, I looked larger on top ☹. This struggle has continued for at least the past 10 years.
I would experiment for a few years here %26 there with different manufacturers minimizers, but was never really happy %26 comfortable. I became desperate %26 had just purchased last week a Chinese brand from Amazon. I thought it was pretty comfortable but after a day of wearing the bra, the wire on the left side that holds the bra in shape was so cheap, it failed to keep the bra in shape against my chest! I have now accumulated a shelf full of bra’s %26 none that I would recommend to my worst enemy until now!
At the same time I ordered the bra from Amazon, I decided to do some research %26 found that the reviews raved about a particular Vanity Fair minimizer, Style 76080. So I placed the order %26 from the moment I put this brassiere on, I fell in love! Not only with the fact that the cup supported my entire breast, but it made me appear much smaller than any other bra, %26 the comfort was better than not wearing a bra at all!!

I fell IN LOVE with this bra in the dressing room, I bought TWO! Felt like I found a new love (I'm normally a Bali girl). Well, wore it one one day and if there's something I cannot stand when it comes to bras is not maintaining separation of breasts by the middle piece. My girls kept creeping together and started bubbling out the middle, I had to constantly adjust. It felt nice and secure in dressing room but it's crap once you start wearing. Its almost if the material over the medial breasts isn't taut and gets more lax with wear/movement. You may think the cups were too small, nope not the case. When I would adjust and shove my girls back where they belonged, the cups completed enveloped them perfectly. Needless to say, I took BOTH bras back to Kohls and went back to the Bali section so my girls will stay in place!

I don’t know what this bra does exactly but my husband complements how I look every single time I wear it. I swear it’s some sort of magic. I don’t like underwire bras, they hurt and they don’t last for me. But this one doesn’t hurt at all. The wire actually holds everything up and almost molds to the breasts. It doesn’t poke me either. It’s comfortable and the only bra I’ve ever owned that I don’t have to tug at all day. Also and this maybe tmi, but the lady mounds look super great, I’m dead serious. I will say if you try this one on, make sure you put a top on over it so you can see the effect because at first I didn’t wear it because I thought it didn’t cover the nips well enough but it does. I’ve had it for a few months and there’s no wear unlike other bras I’ve had and purchased at the same time with this one. I wash it either on gentle or when I’m lazy I wash in a lingerie bag with my cold water wash. I really like this bra and I hope I can keep getting it because if I have to go back to the uncomfortable tugging bras that never fit right, I will absolutely cry. Please Vanity Fair, please please keep making this one.
