In der Figur 1 ist in einer Teilansicht ein Druckgasbehälter 1 mit einem geschlossenen Abgabeventil 2 dargestellt. Der Druckgasbehälter 1 gestattet ein getrenntes Aufbewahren einer schaumbildenden ersten Flüssigkeit 3 und einer zweiten Flüssigkeit 4 und ein dosiertes Abgeben beider Flüssigkeiten 3, 4 mittels des Abgabeventils 2, das ein erstes Ventil 5 und ein zweites Ventil 6 aufweist. Das Abgabeventil 2 ist mit einem Expansionsabschnitt 7 zur Schaumbildung und zum Transport von Schaum 8 (Figur 2) versehen. Die zweite Flüssigkeit 4 ist von einem komprimierbaren Innenbehälter 9 aufgenommen. In diesem Ausführungsbeispiel ist der Innenbehälter 9 zylindrisch ausgestaltet und mit einem vom Innendruck des Druckgasbehälters 1 beaufschlagbaren Kolben 10 versehen, wodurch die zweite Flüssigkeit 4 unter Druck steht. Der ersten Flüssigkeit 3 ist das erste Ventil 5 und der zweiten Flüssigkeit 4 das zweite Ventil 6 zugeordnet, wobei ein erster Kanal 11 des ersten Ventils 5 und ein zweiter Kanal 12 des zweiten Ventils 6 in einen Anfangsbereich 13 des Expansionsabschnitts 7 eines Ventilstößels 14 mündet. Das Abgabeventil 2 besteht aus einem ersten und zweiten Ventil 5, 6 mit jeweils einer elastischen Dichtscheibe 15, 16. Zum axialen Betätigen des Ventilstößels 14 ist dieser - wie gestrichelt angedeutet - mit einem Betätigungsaufsatz 17 versehen. Dieses Ausführungsbeispiel ist für ein kopfstehendes Applizieren vorgesehen. Jedoch kann auch ein entgegengesetztes Applizieren durch eine dazu geeignete Steigrohranordnung (nicht dargestellt) für die erste Flüssigkeit 3 vorgesehen werden.1 shows a partial view of a compressed
In der Figur 2 ist der Druckgasbehälter 1 während einer Abgabe der beiden Flüssigkeiten 3, 4 mittels axialen Drucks auf den Betätigungsaufsatz 17 dargestellt. Durch diesen Druck wird der Ventilstößel 14 axial bewegt, wodurch in etwa zeitgleich die beiden Dichtscheiben 15, 16 des ersten und des zweiten Ventils 5, 6 von ihrem Dichtsitz angehoben werden und sich dadurch öffnen, wodurch die erste Flüssigkeit 3 durch den ersten Kanal 11 in den Anfangsbereich 13 des Expansionsabschnitts 7 fließt (und sogleich sich zu einem Schaum 8 ausbildet) und die zweite Flüssigkeit 4 über einen ersten Verbindungskanal 18 und einen zweiten Verbindungskanal 19 durch den zweiten Kanal 12 in den Anfangsbereich 13 des Expansionsabschnitts 7 fließt, wobei der zweite Kanal 12 peripher an einer Innenwand 20 des Expansionsabschnitts 7 mündet und sich dadurch als ein Randstreifen 21 zum Schaumstrang 8 ausbildet. Durch Aufheben des Drucks auf den Betätigungsaufsatz 17 werden wieder beide Ventile 5, 6 geschlossen. Claims (8)
