Bei einer Gruppe von 20 adulten Tieren mit ausgeprägter Dermatose aus dem oben benannten Formenkreis der Sonnenallergie in der Anamnese wurde die Hautoberfläche der betroffenen Partien bei 10 Versuchstieren für den Zeitraum von einem Monat, bei den verbleibenden 10 Versuchstieren für den Zeitraum von 2 Monaten vor Sonnenexposition mit gemäß obigem Beispiel hergestellte Salbe einmal täglich behandelt. Die anschließende Exposition der Tiere an der Sonne zeigte keine Reaktionen wie beim Auftreten der Sonnenallergie.
