Description

分配液体的喷射器
本发明涉及一种用于分配液体、尤其是泡沫形式液体的喷射器,它至少包括一液体容器和一至少以液密方式与其相连的分配组件,该分配组件包括一具有一液体入口和一液体出口的液体泵和一驱动头,该驱动头包括一排出通道和一分配液体的分配口,同时该驱动头还包括一封闭的圆周保护盖,该喷射器包括一可供保护盖移入的圆周凹槽,该凹槽包括一封闭的内壁、一外壁和一底部,在凹槽的底部附近有一或多个出口。
JP-A-9-77115示出了此类型的一种喷射器。
上述类型的喷射器尤其是用来分配诸如牙膏、胶体等之类的液体。也有用来分配雾化的空气/液体混合物的喷射器,诸如用于分配除臭剂、发胶、油漆等。然而,后一种类型的喷射器也可包括泡沫形成装置,以使喷射器适用于分配诸如剃须沫、肥皂、沐浴沫等之类的泡沫产品。
在本发明的上下文中,术语液体应理解为表示低粘度液体、粘稠液体和糊状物质。
在JP-A-9-77115所描述的喷射器中,环形凹槽的内壁为保护盖形成一基本竖直的引导壁。换句话说,在使用中,保护盖沿该内壁与其非常靠近地上下移动。
在个人卫生产品的场合,喷射器往往用于潮湿的环境中,诸如浴室的浴盆中或淋浴器下。在油漆和其它产品的场合,也需要防止诸如待分配的产品或水之类的液体产品进入分配组件。
JP-A-9-77115所描述的喷射器可有效防止例如沿保护盖淌下的水轻易进入液体泵处的分配组件。
在使用喷射器时,按压驱动头,驱动液体泵并排空液体泵室,便可分配出液体。如果之后放开驱动头,泵将朝其初始位置返回,在该返回过程中泵室将重新充满液体。在泵室进行充装时,液体从液体容器中被抽出。被抽出的液体的这一容积必须让空气从保护盖进入液体容器而得到补偿。
当按压驱动头时,由驱动头和环形凹槽内壁所包围的空间的尺寸将减小。当驱动头回移到其初始位置时,该容积的尺寸将增大。这也必须让空气进入而得到补偿。
在这两种情况下,空气将被吸入环形凹槽的内壁与保护盖之间的分配组件中。因此,可能被所分配的液体污染的泄漏水(有可能为泡沫形式)仍然可能进入分配组件。
需要用喷射器分配的产品一旦干燥后往往较粘,因此,倘若它们到达分配组件,便会明显地妨碍、甚至完全干扰其正常操作。
而且,待分配的液体往往是容易形成泡沫的液体,这就不可避免存在所有与之相关的缺点。
显然,也极为不希望环境中的外部物质可能与泄漏水一起进入液体容器。
本发明的目的在于提供一种解决上述问题的方案,为此,本发明的特点在于,凹槽的形状制成:使内壁的远离底部的一侧到保护盖有一径向距离p,该距离p大于保护盖与内壁之间通常的间隙距离。
由于本发明喷射器的凹槽的内壁的特殊形状,在分配头的复位运动过程中被吸入的任何液体均可暂时容纳于特殊设计的内壁与保护盖之间的空间中。最后,一旦复位运动完成,液体可以很容易地从该空间流出到出口,或者可以在下一驱动过程中被压出。
本发明喷射器的特殊设计使得水实际上不可能从喷射器外部进入分配组件。所有的泄漏水将通过凹槽底部的出口而被排出到外界环境。
可以利用的间隙距离可理解为表示例如在JP-A-9-77115中所揭示的距离p。该距离p可使凹槽内壁与保护盖之间有合适的引导。该距离p可选择成使保护盖可顺利地由内壁引导而无不必要的摩擦。
有利的是,按照本发明,距离p至少为2毫米,或者该距离p大于或等于保护盖内径d的0.1倍。距离p较佳地是大于或等于保护盖内径的0.3倍。显然,距离p最好是尽可能地大。
按照本发明,内壁可以有各种不同的形状。例如,内壁可以包括一基本为直的圆柱形,其直径显著小于保护盖的内径d,直圆柱形与保护盖内侧之间的距离p大于以上所限定的可以利用的间隙距离。在该实施例中,由于内壁与保护盖之间的距离太大,因而任何液体都不可能被吸入。
然而,较佳的是,至少是在远离凹槽底部的一侧的附近,凹槽的内壁呈朝底部变宽的锥形。尤其是在后一设计中,内壁的锥形可防止在内壁与保护盖之间的空间中形成任何气泡,该设计将在下面针对附图进行详细说明。在该区域内形成的气泡由于其表面积增大将很容易破裂。
本发明的基础是,没有液体被吸入凹槽内壁与保护盖之间,或者是在内壁与保护盖之间形成一个空间,被吸入的任何液体可以暂时储存于此并随后被排出。这些方面将在下面对附图的描述中更详细地说明。
较佳的是,分配组件还包括一具有空气入口和空气出口的空气泵。如果有一空气泵存在,则本发明可提供特别的优点。当空气泵室排空时,例如在雾化液体或泡沫被分配之后,该室必须重新从外界环境充装空气。此时,如果分配组件中有水,那么它就很可能通过空气入口被吸入空气泵室。这不仅会妨碍空气泵的操作,还会破坏空气与液体之间的混合比。该混合比对于许多待分配的空气/液体混合物来说是相当重要的。实际上,这尤其适用于所谓的泡沫形成器。
泡沫形成器是一种包括泡沫形成装置的喷射器。泡沫形成装置例如是排出通道中的一或多个小筛网。通过使空气和液体混合,然后其通过筛网,从而可形成泡沫。如果例如有其它的泄漏水与空气和液体混合,最严重的情况是造成根本无法形成任何泡沫。
如果需要,凹槽底部中的出口可与将水引导出喷射器的出口装置相通。
在本发明喷射器的一具体的实施例中,空气泵和液体泵设计成为一由两个同心活塞泵构成的组件。尤其是利用这种同心活塞泵,必然可避免任何水在泵附近泄漏入分配组件。所有这些将在下面对附图的描述中进行更详细的说明。
有利的是,驱动头的保护盖的内径大于所存在的活塞泵的外径。这样,可以非常有效地防止水渗透入泵。
较佳的是,本发明的凹槽形成分配组件的一部分。
本发明还提供一种分配组件,它可用于本发明的喷射器。
下面将参照附图来对本发明进行更详细的说明,附图中:
图1表示处于中间位置的本发明的喷射器;
图2表示图1所示的喷射器处于分配泡沫的过程中或刚分配完泡沫;
图3表示本发明的用于分配泡沫的另一种设计的喷射器;以及
图4表示图3所示的环形凹槽的放大图。
图1示出了本发明的用于分配泡沫的喷射器1,它包括一液体容器2和一分配组件3。分配组件3螺纹连接于液体容器2上。分配组件3包括一液体泵4,该液体泵具有一液体泵室5和一液体泵活塞6。此外,还有一个空气泵7,它具有一空气泵室8和一空气泵活塞9。两个活塞6和9连接于一驱动头10。
驱动头10包括一分配口11和一排出通道12,排出通道12中有两个小筛网13用以形成泡沫。驱动头10还包括一圆周保护盖14。
标号15表示延伸到液体容器2的底部附近的立管,它用作液体泵4的入口。而且,液体泵4的入口含有一呈球16形式的止回阀。液体泵4的出口位于标号17所示位置,它可以通过一杆状的止回阀构件18关闭。
空气泵7的出口位于标号19所示位置。标号20表示一柔性密封构件,它包括两个环形的弹性密封凸缘21和22,它们用于关闭和打开空气泵7的入23和出19。
分配组件3具有复位装置,该复位装置包括一弹簧24。
在使用泡沫形成器时,可以按压驱动头10,分别使空气泵7和液体泵4的活塞9和6朝下移动,因而使相应活塞室8和5的容积分别减小,并使空气和液体分配到一所谓的混合室25,空气和液体在那里混合,而后混合物通过两个小筛网13送入排出通道12,并以泡沫形式离开分配口11。
在分配出泡沫后,驱动头10被释放并将通过弹簧24作用复位其初始位置。在该复位过程中,止回阀16将打开,液体泵室5将从液体容器2充装液体,同时空气泵室充装空气。
标号32表示液体容器2的通风口,它用于为液体容器2内部提供空气,以补偿被抽出液体容器的液体量。泄漏水也可能通过该口进入液体容器2。当然,这是不希望发生的。
图1所示的喷射器还包括一圆周凹槽27,该凹槽具有一底部28、一内壁29和一外壁30。底部28中有多个与外界环境相通的出口。内壁29一直延伸到一环形间隙26。该间隙26位于内壁29与排出通道12的壁41之间。有利的是,本发明的内壁29尽可能地延伸到壁41的附近。
在使用过程中,保护盖14在凹槽27中上下移动。显然,空气泵的空气入  23和通风口32在这种情况下位于一个仅通过保护盖14与内壁29之间的间隙以及间隙35和36与外界环境相通的空间中。换句话说,内壁29在排出通道12附近基本与驱动头10邻接。
在内壁29的远离底部的一侧附近,内壁29与保护盖14之间的距离p以及保护盖14的内径d在图中也表示出来。
图2表示图1的喷射器处于受按压的位置,也就是在分配泡沫的过程中或是在刚分配完泡沫之后。相应的构件用相同的标号表示。
在如图2和3所示的本发明的喷射器中,如果有水沿着保护盖14淌,该水始终仅会流入凹槽27,并通过该凹槽底部28中的出口31流到外界环境。水实际上不可能通过间隙35进入保护盖并进而通过间隙26到达泵区域。
在使用过程中,如果喷射器受按压,如图2中所示,保护盖14和内壁29所包围的空间的尺寸减小,一定量的空气通过间隙35和36以及出  31被压出到外界环境。显然,该空气的一部分需要用来补偿空气活塞9上方空间容积的增大。然而,当驱动构件10被释放并且返回自然位置时,空气将通过间隙35吸入。此时,如果凹槽27中有液体,该凹槽会在保护盖14与内壁29之间的空间中、在标号37所示位置处进行收集。由于内壁29的局部锥形设计,如标号38所示,被吸入的任何这样的液体均不能通过间隙26到达分配组件。在随后的过程中,这些水将通过间隙35被压出去。不过,间隙35最好足够大以便被吸入的任何液体能够在自然位置从空间37流出到出口31。
图3示出了本发明喷射器1的一优选实施例,其中所有的构件均与上述附图中所示的相同,只是内壁29基本在其整个长度上呈锥形设计。这又提供了显著的优点,即如果凹槽27含有吸入锥形内壁29和保护盖14所限定的空间中的液体,例如水,该液体不能通过间隙26到达分配组件。
如果除液体外还有空气例如通过出口31被吸入穿过凹槽27中的液体,所形成的气泡的表面积会因内壁29的锥形形状而增大,以致这些气泡很容易破裂。这可以在图4中清楚地看出,该图表示图3所示凹槽27的放大图。在该图中,气泡的形成及其破裂方式用虚线40表示。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于分配液体的喷射器,它至少包括一液体容器(2)和一至少以液密方式与其相连的分配组件(1),该分配组件(1)包括一具有一液体入口(15)和一液体出口(17)的液体泵(4)和一驱动头(10),该驱动头(10)包括一排出通道(12)和一分配液体的分配口(11),同时该驱动头(10)还包括一封闭的圆周保护盖(14),该喷射器还包括一可供保护盖移入的圆周凹槽(27),该凹槽(27)包括一封闭的内壁(29)、一外壁(30)和一底部(28),在凹槽(27)的底部(28)附近有一或多个出口(31),其特征在于,凹槽(27)的形状制成:使内壁(29)的远离底部(28)的一侧到保护盖(14)有一径向距离p,该距离p大于保护盖(14)与内壁(29)之间通常的间隙距离。
