    Beware of Sizing

    Product looks great, I ordered it to keep the shape of my extra wide shoes but... sizing chart says XL for 10.5 EEE, I have 10.5 EEE Johnston & Murphys and can barely squeeze it into the shoe. Afraid to try Large tree because of other sizing issues reviews. But it looks like a high quality product.

    Works great, best shoe tree that I own!

    I bought one pair in size Medium for a pair of suede AE wingtips in size 8.5 that are a tad tight in the toes. These shoe trees fit almost perfectly. They are a little tough to compress, but that may be more to the shoes than the shoe trees. Keeps the shape of the shoe, absorbs the moisture and keeps them smelling nice. I would recommend.

    Beware of size chart!

    Ok, these are very well made, but due to the wildly inaccurate size chart, I have wasted almost 100$ on trees I can't use. The chart says use size medium for shoes with size 10.5 3E, so I bought 2 pairs. Surprise! They're so small that they don't even compress at all! They just rattle around in the shoe! Ok, so I bought one pair of large from another vendor. It's also too small! At least it reaches the heel of the shoe, but again no compression. I guess I would need size XL really, but why take another gamble? My advice: size up at least one from the chart!

    Look & Smell Nice But Run Too Small

    As other reviewers have noted, these shoe trees run way too small. My shoe size is 11.5C and I ordered the XL size but the shoe trees did not fit my shoes because they are too small. Even with the XL size there is a gap and no tension is applied to my shoes. In other words, there is no resistance applied against the back of the shoes.

    Size is not much to the shoes

    These shoe trees look great. So I bought 3 sets. But as other reviewers have noted, these are to small. My shoe size is 9D or 9.5D and I odered Small size then it never fit to my shoes because of too small. I asked to change size "M" but still there is gap and no tention were applied to my shoes. There is no resistance against the back of the shoe. The trees maintain the shape of the shoe but don't fill the shoe completely. My be tube/lod length is wrong. So I leave my 3 sets of shoe trees in the box.

    Size is an issue

    These shoe trees look great and work well. As other reviewers have noted, these run small, and I'm not sure ordering a size larger is the answer. I ordered size large for my 10.5E shoes. The trees maintain the shape of the shoe but don't fill the shoe completely. There is no resistance against the front or back of the shoe. The XL might be too big. Don't know. Read the reviews but didn't follow my gut. Not a tragedy but sub-optimal performance for the price.

    Order a size larger!

    These shoe trees are nicely designed and well made but they are smaller than described - particularly in the length. I wear a USA size 12 or European size 46 and I ordered an XL shoe tree - they are too small for my shoes. The cedar wood is very fresh.
