Amanda Seyfried's new Hulu show The Dropout is going to be the next must-watch show all your friends are going to be talking about. (You can stream it today, March 3, on the platform.)

Amanda, 36, stars as Elizabeth Holmes, the 38-year-old founder and former CEO of Theranos, was just found guilty on four charges of fraud and deceiving investors, per CNN. The Dropout is based on the 2019 investigative podcast by Rebecca Jarvis and ABC Audio with the same name.

And Amanda celebrated the show's premiere by hitting the red carpet in a gorgeous pale blue Oscar de la Renta mini dress with balloon sleeves and silver pumps that showed off her super strong legs. (Her calves are so sculpted!)

In December 2021, she shared an IG photo of herself in character as Holmes, and she looks exactly like her.

Amanda also stays fit working on her farm in the Catskills. She shared with The New York Times in November 2020 that she shares her farm with several chickens, horses of wildly varying sizes, a donkey named Gus, those goats, her actor husband, Thomas Sadoski, and their two children.

Last year, she shared a video of herself during feeding time for her goats, and it looks like hard work.

She also shared that the farm has been good for her mental health and that it “solidified my need to be out of the game when I’m not working, to be in nature and to refresh,
she told the NYT. "Everybody needs a center of gravity. Somewhere to feel safe.”

She's also a fan of rock climbing, and shared a video on her IG in July 2020 of herself working on her impressive balance skills.

She also shared with Vogue back in 2016 that tries to get moving every day.

"Exercise is first and foremost what I need to keep doing to promote those good vibes, and I try to do it every day," she said. "That physical release of stress is so therapeutic. Even a half-hour of jump-roping, on the bike, at Pure Barre, always makes for a more relaxing day."

To fuel herself, Amanda sticks to a diet based on moderation.

"Eat that bread and butter, have that drink if you drink," she told Vogue. "This is what we live for, these moments. Moderation is a healthy thing. What would we do without it?"
