My art work captures the spirit of a soccer field in a favela of Brazil. In an environment of economic challenges there is richness in culture such as rhythmic music, colorful art and dynamic sports.
The soccer field of the favela represents many talents who came from there and shows a sense of hope and possibility. The use of vibrant lines and vivid color brings out the incredibly powerful nature of the area and the people who inhabit it.
