Hi, I'm Dr. Spesh, a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with specialized experience in culturally responsive treatment of anxiety, trauma, and relationship issues. I'm a relational therapist at heart, meaning I deeply value the role of relationships and social connection in people's lives. I use my relational style with scientifically backed psychotherapy approaches to help move people toward their goals. I help people heal through past trauma and other types of emotional distress (e.g. anxiety, depression) that interfere with their relationships with themselves and others.
I am a Yale-trained clinician with over a decade of experience in providing psychotherapy. At my practice, D.I.V.E. Therapy, I provide individual & couples therapy, evaluations (C&P and Hormone), and consultation. I work with people of all demographics, with specific expertise in working with culturally diverse individuals and couples (e.g. BIPOC, LGBTQ+).
