Do you find that your level of fulfillment is impacted by the past's effect on your present and also your dissatisfaction with your current patterns? We will work together to improve your day-to-day, developing coping skills for relief while looking at the long-term roots of patterns you want to dislodge. It will be hard work, but worth the effort. And I will be a nonjudgmental, interactive, and empathetic partner along the way. I weave together different therapeutic techniques, including CBT and IFS, to support growth.
I draw from expertise in mindfulness and from 15 years in education. From classroom teaching to training mental health professionals in trauma-informed practices and coping skills. We will deepen awareness of thoughts and behaviors, explore the effects of the past, and reinforce the mind-body connection so you can make decisions aligned to your values.
Though I have a diverse set of tools to draw from, I'm not attached to any therapeutic style. Your ability to maximize your potential and walk the path of your choosing will guide what techniques we lean into. I enjoy supporting individuals in moving through life with more ease, connection and resilience.
