Not on view

This bias-cut and seamless gown epitomizes John Galliano’s tailoring skills in a simplified, languid silhouette in ivory crêpe inset with couched, embroidered chiffon carnations. It was shown as part of the Dolores collection, a tribute to the Mexican actress Dolores del Rio, whose romantic and dramatic life story Galliano reimagined, using the carnation as a symbol of undying love.
