There are definitely low-key people, who keep to themselves most of the time. They often appear relaxed, and will maintain their cool when they are trying to get things done.

They are hardworking people who would prefer to focus on accomplishing their goals.

They are often very low-key people, they do have their moments of being a bit goofy when they are around the right individuals. When it comes to being in public they definitely behave rather calm and collected.

It can be easy to get caught up in the need to constantly be on the go and be seen. But there are several advantages to taking a step back and adopting a low-key lifestyle.

Being low-key means being more relaxed, less visible, and less ostentatious. It can lead to greater privacy, less stress, more authenticity, and better relationships.

One of the primary advantages of being low-key is privacy. When you are low -key, you tend to keep to yourself, and you are less likely to attract attention from others.

This can be beneficial if you value your privacy and prefer to keep your personal life private. In today’s digital age, where social media dominates our lives, maintaining a low-key profile can be challenging.

However, it is possible to stay off the grid and still be connected to the world in a meaningful way. By focusing on quality over quantity when it comes to your relationships and interactions, you can enjoy a more fulfilling and meaning more meaningful life without sacrificing your privacy.

Thank you ….Another advantage of being low-key is reduced stress. When you are low-key, you are less likely to get involved in drama and conflict, which can be stressful and draining.

This can help you maintain a more peaceful and stress-free life. Living a low-key lifestyle means focusing on the things that matter most to you and avoiding distractions and unnecessary drama.

It can be a great way to manage stress and maintain a healthy work-life balance.

You're going to have some stress in your life -- we all do, and it's normal. One of the best things you can do for your health is manage that stress, even when you can’t control the source of it.

Some stress can be good. It can be a challenge that keeps us alert, motivated, and ready to avoid danger. But too much stress can make us sick. And it can bring on or worsen certain symptoms or diseases, research shows.

If you're constantly under stress, you can have physical symptoms, such as headaches, an upset stomach, high blood pressure, chest pain, and problems with sex and sleep.

Stress can also lead to emotional problems, depression, panic attacks, or other forms of anxiety and worry.

It's not just the stress itself that's the problem. It's how you respond to it.

They don’t really care whether or not people see every semi-exciting thing they happen to experience.

They don’t need people to see a new selfie every day.

In fact, they rarely post anything.

Their business is not anyone else’s business and they like to keep it that way.

They don’t need to be the center of attention in order to be happy.

They actually try to avoid extra attention.

Excitement is not a frequent thing. They’re relatively calm in an all-around kind of way. They may be pleased and happy about something, but any kind of extreme emotion usually doesn’t show.

Emotions in general are a little muted. They never blow up when they’re angry, they don’t burst into tears when they’re sad…they don’t make a big deal about things. Expressing their love may be difficult; they just have their own low-key kind of love language. Be ready for low-key vibes.

They are homebodies. When they like to chill, they’re not into going out, and excitement is not a necessity, home is their favorite place to be. They are perfectly happy to come home after work and stay around the house

“Ok, whatever” is their motto. And not in a sarcastic way either. Anything goes. They are go-with-the-flow kind of people and don’t have strong feelings on the subject, whatever it may be.

They are really easy to get along with. When they’re not into drama and they just go with the flow in every situation, you realize they’re very easy to get along with.

They’re laid back and don’t mind compromising. They don’t get offended or bothered, and they don’t force their opinions on anyone.

Your Comments….

Each person experiences his or her own unique, involuntary reactions or physical responses to stress. For example, one person’s neck muscles may tighten, others may unconsciously clench their jaw.

Another person might experience physical symptoms, such as headaches or stomach pain. The key takeaway here is to recognize YOUR stressors and early warning signs to facilitate a quick intervention.

When faced with stressful events, people make autonomic and controlled efforts to reduce the negative impact and maximize the positive impact that every specific situation may provoke.

Generally, this process is denominated as emotion regulation, formally defined as the process by which individuals can influence what emotions they have, when they have them and how they experience and express those emotions.

Stress management techniques including ancient practices such as Tai Chi and yoga as well as other physical activities are often cited as being helpful in combating stress.

Likewise traditional meditation, mindfulness and cognitive behavioural therapy all have established benefits. These techniques are not applicable in office or social environments, or during most daily routines.
