Heartland Health’s High Performance Surgical Mask has results showing bacteria filtration over 99% on file with the FDA and an improved fit over standard Surgical Masks.

As defined by NIOSH the term “N95” refers to a filter class, not a respirator. However, many filtering face piece respirators have an N95 class filter and many people refer to them, and have come to know them, as N95 respirators. A filtering face piece respirator filters out at least 95% of airborne particles of specific sizes.
