Recipe by Juan of Juan Bite at a Time

Ingredients

  • 4 cups of ice (finely blended to get that shaved ice consistency)
  • ¼ cup of table cream
  • ¾ cup Sweetened condensed milk
  • 1-2 cups of fruit syrup
  • 1 diced banana
  • 2 diced strawberries
  • 1 diced kiwi
  • 1 cup diced pineapple
  • 1 diced mango
  • Vanilla Wafers

Preparation

  1. Add ice to a blender or food processor. Blend slowly at a low to medium level until you get a shaved ice consistency.
  2. In a cup, drizzle plenty of sweetened condensed milk around the inside.
  3. Then add the shaved ice to the same cup.
  4. Pour a generous and equal amount of your choice of fruit syrup and table cream on top.
  5. Top it off with the diced fruits.
  6. Finish up with another drizzle of sweetened condensed milk on top of the fruits and vanilla wafers.

Notes:

  • You can add as much cream and sweetened condensed milk as you’d like, depending on how sweet you want it and use any of your favorite fruits.
  • Table cream also called light cream, single cream, or coffee cream; you can find table cream next to the sweeten condensed milk in your supermarket.
