First place in poster design “Arte único” competition, 2015 edition. The contest has been organized since 2008 by Fernet Branca, in order to reward and recognize young artists from Argentina. In this edition, more than 2000 works were presented and there were only 22 finalists.
The work is called " Encuentro Único " (Single Meeting) and shows the importance of sharing a moment, of meeting someone special to enjoy together a Fernet Branca. This is shown through the logotype, which is formed with tattoos of men and women.
Also it is trying to give a message of equality between man and woman, because she is as important and essential as him, trying to avoid using women as an object or just an ornament.
The illustration is made on a “vintage” style and it represents the join between a sailor and a girl, around the fiftys somewhere in Europe.
