Outcomes from the Recent Technology Implementation Survey

Argentum conducted an environmental scan to better understand the scope and scale of innovation and technology needs in the senior living industry – and how Argentum could substantially move the needle. As part of the effort, Argentum engaged in discovery with a diverse set of stakeholders from within and outside of the senior living industry. It conducted several focus groups, workshops, interviews and, more recently, fielded a member survey to clarify operators’ technology priorities and learn about their prior experiences with technology adoption.
