"That lechon was MAGNIFICENTLY DELICIOUS! USDA stamped pork cooked to P-E-R-F-E-C-T-I-O-N. The size of the pig was bigger than I had expected, but what do I know, this was my first time ordering the lechon. The seasoning was perfect, meat was tender... oh and don't get me started on the skin! It was soooo crispy and flavorful... like eating chips! OMG so delicious. The pig was perfect for the birthday party, everyone enjoyed it. The left over hocks will be used for ham hock pea soup later and bones will be made into tonkotsu broth... such a great lechon. Owner was responsive and easy to work with. Highly recommended if you want a delicious lechon!"
