Abstract

The present invention discloses a method for producing a composite material by means of fluidized bed technology, in particular by granulation in a spouted bed system, and hot pressing, wherein the composite material consists of at least one first material fraction (A) and at least one polymer (P) or biopolymer, the method comprising the following steps: creating a fluidized particle bed (30) consisting of the at least first material fraction (A) and a stream of fluid (20), injecting a solution comprising at least one solvent (L) and the at least one polymer or a melt of the at least one polymer (P) into the fluidized bed (30), granulating the at least first material fraction (A) in combination with the at least one polymer (P) to form granules (G) and pressing the granules (G) while supplying heat, wherein the granules (G) are heated in a temperature range above a glass transition temperature (TG) and below a decomposition temperature (TZ) of the at least one polymer (P).
