  • a solid composition concentrate which can be brought into solution, for example, for cleaning purposes in a washing machine or the like has, compared to corresponding liquid compositions concentrates, the advantage that normally the concentration of the active components is much higher than the concentration of said active components in a corresponding liquid composition, since the amount of solvent is reduced or the solvent can even be avoided at all.

Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de dosage permettant de doser une composition soluble mais solide et un procédé de dosage correspondant. Le dispositif de dosage comprend : au moins une boîte ou une boîte servant à contenir la composition solide ; un réservoir de solution (3) pour contenir la solution de la composition (4) ; au moins un dispositif de pulvérisation (5) afin de mettre la solution de la composition en contact avec la composition solide présente dans la boîte de telle sorte qu'une quantité de la composition solide se dissout et la solution ainsi obtenue s'écoule dans le réservoir de solution ; une conduite d'alimentation (6) comprenant un raccord pour liquide (7) destiné à alimenter le réservoir de solution (3) en liquide, idéalement de l'eau ; une conduite de sortie (8), comprenant une décharge destinée à évacuer la solution de composition ; une conduite de pulvérisation (10) destinée à alimenter le dispositif de pulvérisation avec la solution de composition provenant du réservoir de solution ; une conduite de circulation provenant du réservoir de solution et finissant dans le réservoir de solution afin d'entraîner la circulation de la solution de composition ; un dispositif, de préférence deux indicateurs de niveau (12, 13), destiné à mesurer la hauteur de remplissage dans le réservoir de solution ; un dispositif de mesure (14) destiné à la mesure de la conductivité de la composition de solution ; et au moins une pompe d'alimentation motorisée (15) destinée à mouvoir la solution de composition.
