  • By this structure, it can surely prevent to be seeped from boundary of the mobile frame ([0064] 7) and the main frame (6).
  • Further, a roof structure in the mobile frames ([0065] 7) can be composed as same as said roof structure in border part of the main frame (6) and the mobile frame (7).
  • From FIGS. [0066] 28 to 33 are Figures which show a structure around the floor board (10) of the main frame (6) and the main frame (7). In particular, FIG. 28 shows a situation which the mobile frame (7) is accommodated in the main frame (6), and from FIGS. 29 to 30 show situations which the mobile frame is pulled out from the main frame (6).
  • The floor board ([0067] 10) of the mobile frame (7) is composed separately with the wall (9) of the main frame (6). As shown in FIG. 29, in down below of the floor board (10) of the main frame (6), a support part (24) to support for available put on and take off the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) through a rod (31) is arranged, and a top surface of the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) is arranged to be same height with a top surface of the floor board (10) of the main frame (6).
  • As shown in FIGS. 22 and 24, in bottom part of the wall ([0068] 9) of the mobile part (7), a wheel (17) is arranged. The wheel (17) can nutate on the floor board (10) of the main frame (6) and on the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7), and cross direction telescopic motion of the body (3) is done smoothly by this nutation.
  • Further, as shown in FIGS. 3, 4, [0069] 5, 19 and 20, it is desirable that the mobile frame (7) comprises a first mobile frame (7) which is detachable to the main frame (6), a second mobile frame (7) which is detachable to the first mobile frame (7), . . . , and n-th mobile frame (7) (n is an integer which is more than 2) which can be detachable to (n−1)th mobile frame (7).
  • Therefore, it is desirable to arrange plurality of the mobile frame work ([0070] 7). The value of n is preferably large, and it is desirable to set n from 3 to 6. In the case of setting n is large, valuse of division of cross direction of the body (3) is large, and length of cross direction of the main frame (6) and the mobile frame (7) can be shortened, hence the body (3) further shortens when it is shortened.
  • Moreover, in the present invention, the number of the mobile frame ([0071] 7) is not limited to plurality, and only one mobile frame (3) is available.
  • In the case of the mobile frame ([0072] 7) is plurality, the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) is composed separately with the wall (9) of the mobile frame (7), and as shown in FIGS. 29, 30, 32 and 33, the floor board (10) is arranged individually in each of the mobile frame (7). In down below of the floor board (10) of the main frame (6), the support part (24) (FIG. 29) to support for available put on and take off the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) through a rod (31) is arranged, and a top surface of the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) is arranged to be same height with a top surface of the floor board (10) of the main frame (6).
  • As shown in FIG. 22, in bottom part of the wall ([0073] 9) of the mobile part (7), a wheel (17) is arranged. The wheel (17) can nutate on the floor board (10) of the main frame (6) and on the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7).
  • In the floor board ([0074] 10) of the mobile frame (7), a step for stopping wall (25) (refer to FIGS. 24, 25, 32 and 33) to block the moving of the wall (9) any more when the mobile frame (7) comes to the limit position of pulling out is formed An example as shown in FIG. 32, the step for stopping wall (25) is formed by enlarging thickness of long side of both ends (shaded area) of the floor board (10) than intermediate part, and by enlarging the floor board (10) positioned rear side than the floor board (10) positioned front side.
  • Further, in present invention, as shown in FIGS. 23 and 26, it is desirable that a cross rail ([0075] 27) is arranged with a condition that each cross rail (27) is slightly extended to outside in the wall (9) of the main frame (6) and the mobile frame (7) so that the cross rail (27) to be reinforcing material, and when the mobile frame (7) is pulled from the main frame (6) or be inserted in the main frame (6), inside face of the wall (9) positioned outside is composed so as to slide on surface of the cross rail (27).
  • In other words, the mobile frame ([0076] 7) which moves smoothly by notation of the wheel (17) sometimes accelerates or stops all of a sudden, then in the main frame (6) and the mobile frame (7), big power works to stop these sudden accelerating or stopping.
  • However, by arranging said cross rail ([0077] 27) in the frame (6) and (7), it can prevent deformation of each frame (6) and (7) because the wall (9) of the mobile frame (7) moves with touching the wall (9) of the main frame (6) or the wall (9) of other mobile frame (7).
  • This is specifically effective when a space is formed between the walls ([0078] 9) by arranging said step parts (26).
  • Moreover, in the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, preferably while cutting off the lower end outside of the wall ([0079] 9), and forming the dished surface (28), the tiered guide part (29) which is extended along its width direction, i.e., the cross direction of the body part (3), and the outside being set high is formed on the floor board (10). The dished surface (28) of the wall (9) is in contact with the tiered guide part (29), such that the wall (9) can move on the floor board (10) in this contacted situation. By making a contact between the tiered guide part (29) and the dished surface (28), a certain blocking of rain water can be achieved.
  • Secondly, the usage of the telescopic type store ([0080] 1) according to the present invention is explained. As illustrated in FIGS. 7, 10 and 13, the telescopic type store (1) is now in the shortened state. The telescopic type store (1) is located at a place where it does not become the obstacle of the mobile object (5), such as a car, in the mobile store room (2) with some free space temporarily, such as a home garage.
  • If the mobile object ([0081] 5), such as a car, goes away out of the mobile store room (2), such as a home garage, a free space will be produced in the store room (2). The telescopic type store (1) is moved to this free space and elongated at the place after moving, and it can be used as a store. The form of movement may be linear movement as shown in FIG. 8, or rotational movement as shown in FIG. 1, and they also may be those combination as shown in FIGS. 14 to 16.
  • The telescopic type store ([0082] 1) is generally moved so that the main frame part (6) is located at the front as a store. After having moved at the predetermined place, the body part (3) is fixed by a stopper formed at the body-moving mean (4).
  • In the example shown in FIG. 29, at the beam ([0083] 30) which supports the floor board (10) of the main frame (6), the support part (24) supporting one end of the rod (31) by inserting detachably. One end of this rod (31) is inserted in the support part (24). Since the leg (32) with a function of height adjustment is put at the other end of the rod (31), a base which takes on the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) is accomplished by fixing one end of the rod (3 1) at the beam (30), then landing the leg (32). In addition, the rod (31) should be plural and shown as three in the example in FIGS. 30 and 31.
  • As shown in FIGS. [0084] 29 to 31, on the foreside of the rod (31), plurality of jut (33) are formed along the direction of axial length of the rod (31) On the other hand, on the under surface of the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7), a hole (not shown) which can be inserted to, or extracted from this jut (33) is formed. By inserting the jut (33) into the hole and laying the floor board (10) on the rod (31), the floor board (10) is fixed on the rod (31).
  • On the upper surface of the floor board ([0085] 10), as shown in FIGS. 32 and 33, generally plurality of groove guide part (35) which extends along its width direction, i.e., the cross direction of the body (3) is formed in parallel. The wheel (17) can be moved along the direction of its axial length in the groove guide part (35), and the groove guide part (35) guides the wheel (17) to move in the cross direction of the body (3) correctly.
  • Next, the body ([0086] 3) is expanded. Holding a handle (36) (refer to FIG. 33) prepared in the rear surface of the body (3), the backmost mobile frame (7) is pulled backward. Thereby, all the mobile frames (7) from the main frame (6) are pulled out in order, and the body (3) is extended. At this time, the wheel (17) moves along with the groove guide part (35).
  • When there are two or more mobile frames ([0087] 7), firstly the n-th (n is an integer which is more than two) mobile frame (7) is pulled out from the (n−1)th mobile frame (7), . . . , then the first mobile frame (7) is pulled out from the second mobile frame (7), finally the first mobile frame (7) is pulled out from the main frame (6), and the body (3) is elongated to the maximum extent. Since the floor board (10) of the mobile frame (7) is arranged so that its surface is in the same height of the upper surface of the floor board (10) of the main frame (6), the wheel (17) can cross over smoothly the boundary between the main frame (6) and the mobile frame (7), and also the boundary between mobile frames (7).
  • On the floor board ([0088] 10) of the mobile frame (7), when the said mobile frame (7) comes to a limit position to pull out, a step for stopping wall (25) is formed to prevent movement of the wall (9). When the mobile frame (7) comes to a limit position to pull out, further movement of the wall (9) is prevented since the under surface of rear end of the wall (9) hits this step for stopping wall (25).
  • Accordingly, elongation of the body ([0089] 3) is completed and it becomes available as a store. Then, cooking foods by using water service equipments, electric equipments, heating equipments, etc. formed in the body (3) may be done, and those foods may be sold through a window (11) formed on the main frame (6), or garments may be arranged in the body (3), then sold through the window (11). Thus, various trades can be achieved there.
  • When closing a store, through a process contrary to the time of opening a store, the body ([0090] 3) is shortened and the shortened body (3) is moved to the original place. Thereby, when the mobile object (5), such as a car, has returned to the mobile store room (2), the mobile object (5) can be accommodated in the made free space. As mentioned above, explanation of the usage of the telescopic type store (1) according to the present invention is finished.
  • According to the telescopic type store which relates to the present invention, in the place ([0091] 2) where a free space is produced temporarily such as home garage, a public parking lot, a parking lot for bicycles, and various materials places, etc., it can be elongated at the free space, and can be used as a store. Moreover, when placing a car, a bicycle, and various materials, it can be shorten compactly, and further, it can prevent wind and rain by making it a box type, and also equipments required as a store can be formed in its inside integrally. Moreover telescopic motion and movement of a store can be also performed easily and promptly even by one person.
  • EFFECTS OF THE INVENTION
  • As explained above, according to the telescopic type store relating to the present invention, in a place where free space is produced temporarily, such as a home garage, a public parking lot, a parking lot for bicycles, and various materials places, it can be elongated at the free space, then used as a store. Moreover, when placing a car, a bicycle, and various materials, it can be shorten compactly, and further, it can prevent wind and rain by making it a box type, and also equipments required as a store can be formed in its inside integrally. Moreover, telescopic motion and movement of a store can be also performed easily and promptly even by one person. [0092]
