Claims (8)

  1.     caractérisé en ce que
    le module de revêtement (2) est une unité d'impression ou un module de vernissage d'une machine d'impression offset de feuilles et que le rouleau compresseur (3) est un cylindre porte-blanchet de l'unité d'impression ou un cylindre porte-cliché du module de vernissage et qu'il est prévu une commande en liaison avec un système de guidage de film de transfert (5) de manière à ce que, du moins lors du passage d'un préhenseur du canal cylindrique (19) recevant le cylindre de contre-pression (4) guidant les feuilles du rouleau compresseur (3) ou du moins au niveau des surfaces libres sur la circonférence du rouleau compresseur (3), la surface comprenne une surface de compression plus importante à contour cerné (21), l'avance du film s'arrête tandis que le rouleau compresseur (3) glisse à travers tout en continuant à toucher le film de transfert (5).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que,

  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 3,

    le film de transfert (5) est divisé en une ou plusieurs sous-bandes de film de moindre largeur et que les sous-bandes de film sont positionnées et acheminées vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) les unes près des autres.

Procédé de revêtement de feuilles d'impression dans une machine de traitement de feuilles en utilisant un film de transfert (5) formé de couches génératrices d'images et d'un film support pour le transfert de couches génératrices d'images du film support sur les feuilles d'impression, comportant les étapes consistant en ce
    - on procède à au moins un revêtement suivant l'image d'une feuille d'impression avec une colle au moyen d'au moins une unité d'application (1) et
    - qu'on utilise dans un module de revêtement (2) un film de transfert (5) dans les couches génératrices d'images duquel des éléments graphiques (21) sont disposés sur le film support de manière à ce que la face graphique soit disposée en adhérence sur le film support,
    - on procède au moyen d'un module de revêtement (2) à un transfert des couches génératrices d'images ou éléments graphiques (21) du film support sur la feuille d'impression, un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un rouleau compresseur (3) formant ensemble dans le module de revêtement (2) un intervalle de transfert commun (6),
    - que le film de transfert (5) peut être passé dans l'intervalle de transfert (6) de manière à se poser par sa face revêtue sur la feuille d'impression guidée sur le cylindre de contre-pression (4) et à passer sous pression avec la feuille d'impression dans l'intervalle de transfert (6),
    - que la ou les couches génératrices d'images ou les éléments graphiques (21), après sortie de la feuille d'impression de l'intervalle de transfert (6), adhèrent en suivant la surface au niveau des zones pourvues de colle suivant l'image sur la feuille d'impression et soient soulevés du film support et
    - que le film de transfert (5) soit comprimé dans l'intervalle de transfert (6) seulement au niveau du ou des revêtements suivant l'image contre la feuille d'impression, caractérisé en ce que
    - le film de transfert (5) est acheminé vers la feuille d'impression dans une unité d'impression ou un module de vernissage à une machine d'impression offset de feuilles via un cylindre porte-blanchet de l'unité d'impression servant de rouleau compresseur (3) ou un cylindre porte-cliché du module de vernissage servant de rouleau compresseur (3) et
    - que, sur le rouleau compresseur (3), on installe un ou plusieurs segments de compression (22) qui présentent une surface de pression (21) dont la surface est adaptée à l'extension surfacique des revêtements suivant l'image et
    - que le film de transfert (5), vu axialement par rapport au rouleau compresseur (3), est acheminé vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) seulement au niveau de sections d'axe pourvues de surfaces de pression (21).
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que
    le film de transfert (5) est acheminé vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) sous forme de sous-bandes de film dans les sections d'axe dans lesquelles des surfaces de pression (21) sont présentes.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 5,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    sur le rouleau compresseur (3) sont installés un ou plusieurs segments de compression (22) qui présentent une surface de pression (21) dont la surface est adaptée à l'extension surfacique des revêtements suivant l'image et que le film de transfert (5), vu dans le sens circonférentiel par rapport au rouleau compresseur (3), est acheminé vers l'intervalle de transfert (6) seulement au niveau des sections circonférentielles pourvues de surfaces de pression (21),

    caractérisé en ce que
    la feuille d'impression, après revêtement au moyen du film de transfert (5), est pourvue d'une image imprimée monochrome ou polychrome dans une ou plusieurs unités d'impression.
