Claims (8)

  1.     étant prévue comme unité d'application (1) une unité d'impression offset ou une unité d'impression flexographique ou une unité de vernissage présentant une plaque de compression, étant prévue dans l'unité d'application (1) une unité d'encrage (11) en liaison avec un cylindre porte-plaque (12) supportant une plaque d'impression ou un système de dosage (21) en liaison avec un cylindre porte-image (24) supportant une plaque à haute pression pour générer l'application de colle donnant les images et l'unité d'encrage (11) ou le système de dosage (21) étant conçu pour acheminer la colle,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la colle, pour contribuer à l'effet optique de l'application de couches de films de transfert (5) sur la feuille d'impression, la couche de colle recevant l'application de la couche donnant des images ou de la couche de métallisation présente une coloration correspondant à la couche donnant des images ou contribuant à sa coloration et qu'on utilise comme module de revêtement (2) une unité d'impression offset ou un module de vernissage.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche donnant des images est appliquée au moyen d'une colle qui peut être séchée au rayonnement ultraviolet.
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2,
    caractérisé en ce que
    on utilise comme colle une encre de sous-impression UV et que celle-ci peut être appliquée suivant l'image au moyen de l'unité d'application (1) pour la colle via une plaque d'impression offset.
  4. Dispositif selon les revendications 2 et 3,
    caractérisé en ce que,
    dans le sens de transport des feuilles, entre l'unité d'application (1) pour la colle et le module de revêtement (2), est prévu un sécheur UV (16) au moyen duquel la couche suivant l'image d'encre de sous-impression UV est au moins préséchée après l'application sur la feuille d'impression et avant le transfert de la couche donnant des images.
  5. Dispositif selon les revendications 1 à 4,
    caractérisé en ce que
    au module de revêtement (2) est associé un sécheur UV (16) de sorte que, au moyen du sécheur UV (16), la couche suivant l'image d'encre de sous-impression UV peut être séchée après le transfert de la couche donnant des images.
  6. Procédé de transfert de couches donnant des images depuis un film de transfert (5) présentant un film porteur et la(les) couche(s) donnant des images sur des feuilles d'impression dans une machine traitant des feuilles, comportant au moins une unité d'application (1) pour un revêtement suivant l'image des feuilles d'impression avec une colle et un module de revêtement (2) pour transférer les couches donnant des images depuis le film de transfert (5) sur la feuille d'impression dans un intervalle de transfert (6) entre un cylindre de contre-pression (4) et un cylindre de fermeture (3), le film de transfert (5) étant guidé, avec sa face enrobée en contact avec la feuille d'impression, en même temps que celle-ci à travers l'intervalle de transfert (6) et les couches donnant des images étant alors transférées suivant l'image sur la feuille d'impression,
    la colle étant appliquée dans une unité d'application (1) qui est prévue sous la forme d'une unité d'impression offset ou d'une unité d'impression flexographique ou d'une unité de vernissage présentant une plaque d'impression, étant prévus dans l'unité d'application (1) une unité d'encrage (11) en liaison avec un cylindre porte-plaque (12) supportant une plaque d'impression ou un système de dosage (21) en liaison avec un cylindre porte-image (24) supportant une plaque à haute pression pour générer l'application de colle donnant des images et la colle étant acheminée au moyen de l'unité d'encrage (11) ou du système de dosage (21),
    caractérisé en ce que
    on utilise comme colle une colle colorée et que la colle présente une coloration telle que, grâce à la couche de colle, on obtient une contribution de l'application de couches des films de transfert (5) sur la feuille d'impression telle que la couche de colle recevant l'application de la couche donnant des images ou de la couche de métallisation présente une coloration augmentant l'effet de brillance de la couche donnant des images ou corrigeant les points défectueux de la couche donnant des images ou de la couche de métallisation et que la couche donnant des images est transférée depuis le film de transfert (5) au moyen d'une tension sous presse ou d'un revêtement sous presse au niveau du cylindre de fermeture (3) sur la feuille d'impression.
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de colle et/ou le revêtement donnant des images est exposé à un rayonnement UV pour le séchage.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6 ou 7,
    caractérisé en ce que
    la feuille d'impression est pourvue d'une image imprimée en une ou plusieurs couleurs dans une ou plusieurs unités d'impression, après revêtement au moyen du film de transfert (5).
