Description
The invention relates to an inductive passage with at least one slot-shaped inlet opening and at least two outlet openings. The outlet openings are delimited on both sides by a bluff body. The layout of the latter is adapted to the cross section of the inlet opening and, following the direction of flow, is arranged at a vertical distance from the plane of the inlet opening.
Such induction passages are generally known and are preferably arranged in the ceiling area of a room to be ventilated and / or air-conditioned and are connected to an air duct system. Due to the shape of these passages, the emerging air jets receive a high momentum and are thus able to mix intensively with room air before they reach the lounge area of the room, so that drafts are avoided there.
The known inductive passages, which are proven per se in their mode of operation, are generally made of plastic, preferably by injection molding, and are therefore relatively inexpensive. However, inductive diffusers made of plastic have two major disadvantages: Inductive diffusers made of plastic with sufficient temperature resistance, whereby the diffusers can catch fire depending on the plastic used for their manufacture. On the other hand, inductive diffusers made of plastic can only be given a coat of paint with difficulty and can therefore only be adapted to the individual color spectrum of a room with great effort.
The invention has for its object to propose an induction diffuser of the type described above, which can be produced at least as efficiently as the known induction diffusers and also has the advantages that it is characterized by a high fire resistance and is efficient and durable with an individual paint can be provided.
To solve this problem, an inductive passage of the generic type mentioned in the preamble of claim 1 is assumed, which according to the invention has the features specified in the characterizing part of the same.
To produce the inductive passage according to the invention, only two essentially square sheet-metal plates are required, which, punched and deformed in the manner according to the invention, result in two components, which thus interlock are nestable that they allow the inductive passage to be created without further aids.
In order to obtain a flowing wall transition between the inlet opening and the outlet openings, an embodiment of the invention provides that one longitudinal edge of the tongues forming the inlet opening abuts one longitudinal edge of the tongues delimiting the outlet openings.
The two components forming the inductive passage can be sufficiently firmly clamped to one another if, according to a further embodiment of the invention, at least one center piece of the two opposite edge regions of the sheet metal plate defining the inlet opening, which run perpendicular to the longitudinal extent of the inlet and outlet openings, in the direction of the sheet metal plate defining the outlet openings Is angled 90 ° and the legs thus formed are at a vertical distance from one another which corresponds to the longitudinal extent of the tongues delimiting the outlet opening. The side edges of the tongues delimiting the inlet opening can abut against the legs of the edge regions of the sheet metal plate defining the inlet opening under a press fit. It is of course within the scope of the invention to provide small protrusions or depressions on the lateral edges of the tongues which delimit the inlet opening, which protrusions corresponding to depressions or protrusions of the adjacent legs.
In a similar manner, a sheet-metal strip which is bent in the shape of a roof and which is produced as an additional component can be arranged between the legs. The sheet metal strip is intended to overlap a sheet metal web between the two outlet openings and to form a bluff body which is triangular in cross section. The flow paths through the inductive passage thereby receive a diffuser-like cross section, as is known per se from inductive passages made of plastic by injection molding.
Furthermore, an embodiment of the invention provides that all the edge strips of the two sheet metal plates are angled in the direction of the other sheet metal plate, which results in an essentially cuboid structure which can be integrated, for example, flush with the ceiling in cassette-shaped recesses.
Finally, an embodiment of the invention provides that the sheet metal plates have a substantially square outline. If the angled sheet metal plates essentially maintain the square outline, inductive passages designed in this way can be arranged in rows, the longitudinal extensions of the inlet and outlet openings of an inductive passage being able to be rotated by 90 ° to those of adjacent inductive passages.
As a result, the exit planes of the air jets of an inductive passage can intersect with the exit planes of the air jets from neighboring inductive passages, as a result of which the mixing of both the supply air jets with one another and their mixing with room air is promoted in a highly effective manner.

The three components of the induction diffuser according to the invention can therefore be rationally produced in a punching and bending process and are to be rationally provided, for example, in the diving operator with the individually desired color. The square layout of the induction diffuser allows an arrangement that is optionally rotated by 90 °, for example within an appropriately designed grid ceiling.
