Description

Die Erfindung betrifft einen Teilesatz aus zwei Türbändern. Türen werden in der Regel mit zwei Türbändern am zugeordneten Rahmen gehalten. Jedes Türband besteht aus zwei Teilen, nämlich einem am Rahmen zu befestigenden Tragkörper mit einem sich in Richtung der Schwenkachse erstreckenden Zapfen und einer an der Tür zu befestigenden einseitig offenen Hülse, die auf den Zapfen aufgeschoben wird und sich am Tragkörper abstützt. Die meisten, auf dem Markt als Teilesätze angebotenen Türbänder besitzen gleichlange Zapfen. Das führt zu Schwierigkeiten beim Einhängen der Türen, weil die Tür zunächst sehr genau so manipuliert werden muß, daß die Hülsen der beiden Türbänder sich genau über ihren zugeordneten Zapfen befinden, bevor die Tür abgesenkt und damit eingehängt werden kann.The invention relates to a set of parts consisting of two door hinges. Es sind zwar (DE-GM 18 39 825) Türbandpaare bekannt, bei denen ein Zapfen länger ist als der zweite Zapfen. Dies hat zur Folge, daß bereits bei der Herstellung Türbänder mit verschieden langen Zapfen angefertigt werden müssen. Bei der Lagerung,beim Versand und beim Verkauf muß darauf geachtet werden, daß keine Vertauschungen stattfinden. Bei der Befestigung am Türblatt bzw. am Türrahmen ist ebenfalls mit Sorgfalt darauf zu achten, daß nicht etwa gleichlange Zapfen verwendet werden. Es ist auch bekannt, wenigstens einen der Zapfen axial verstell- und arretierbar in seiner Halterung anzuordnen. Dies führt zu kostspieligen Vorrichtungen, die dazu noch unzureichend betriebssicher sind, da eine zuverlässige Arretierung über jahrelange Gebrauchsdauer nicht gewährleistet werden kann. Schließlich ist es bekannt, wenigstens ein Zapfenende so auszubilden, daß es zur Aufnahme eines aufsetzbaren und arretierbaren Verlängerungsstückes geeignet ist. Hier muß jedoch damit gerechnet werden, daß das Verlängerungsstück auf dem Wege von der Herstellung des Türbandes bis zu seinem Gebrauch verlorengeht, so daß bei seiner Verwendung der gewünschte Erfolg nicht erzielt werden kann.
