wir-1 wie der Gummiblock a in Abb. i.
In the embodiment according to Fig. I, the rubber block a is limited by the metal disks b and c, which in turn are connected to the shaft ends d in a suitable manner. The plates b and c have bores e into which wires f are suspended: For the sake of clarity, only one such wire f is shown in this figure, but in reality as many wires are used as there are bores e in the disk . The slope of such a turn results from the number of wires, the diameter and the desired characteristic of the diagram. Depending on the torques to be absorbed, it is necessary to wind several turns on top of one another and accordingly to make the plates b larger in diameter in order to provide further outward rows of holes e for receiving the corresponding windings. The wire reinforcement f is only able to effectively absorb torsional moments when a radial internal pressure is exerted on it. This results from the hydrostatic tension of the rubber when twisting the reinforcement wires f. The same hydrostatic pressure in the rubber also acts on the metal disks b and c. These forces are counteracted by the tension in the reinforcement wires f in such a way that the tensile force in the wire f is broken down into a tangential component parallel to the shaft axis, the latter counteracting the hydrostatic pressures of the rubber. It is essential that, when dimensioning the individual elements, the axial component from the wire tension of the reinforcing wires f of the hydrostatic pressure of the rubber on the metal disks b and c maintains the equilibrium. In the embodiment according to Fig. 3, instead of a full rubber block, a sleeve g is provided around c: ie a rubber cylinder h is placed, which is pressed by the wire windings f in the same way as the rubber block a in Fig. I. Using sufficiently strong wires, an embodiment according to Fig. 5 is also possible, in which a cylinder g is lined with a rubber cylinder h on the inside. The wire windings f rest against the inner cylindrical surface of this rubber body h under compressive stress.
Die vorstehend beschriebenen Wellenkupplungen sind für einseitige
Kraftaufnahme bestimmt.
i
angeordnet. The shaft couplings described above are intended for one-sided force absorption. The plate b in Figs. 3 and 5 is equipped with drivers i , which are supported against corresponding driver elements k of the sleeve, while in the other direction of rotation they release the movement for a certain angle of rotation a (see Fig. 4). The drivers i of the plate c, on the other hand, are arranged without play.
But you can also use the devices according to Figures 3 and 5 jointly
on one axis (see Fig. 6), with correspondingly high in both directions
Suspension work can be added.
