Description
The The invention relates to a method for storing pharmacy articles according to claim 1 and a device for carrying out a Such method according to the preamble of claim 15th
Especially in the pharmacy area it is common put the various articles in drawers. As an order feature This is usually the product name. But this has the disadvantage that the available standing drawer surfaces not optimally utilized for storage of pharmacy articles. This will In a pharmacy considerable space for storage of pharmacy items needed.
It a method is known (ZwF 86 (1991) 9, pages 467 to 469, Reprint MONITOR, Begra-Paper: Forward-Looking Warehouse Concept, 3/89) in which articles are stacked on pallets in the form of fine paper. The pallets with the stacked fine paper become chaotic in a high-bay warehouse stored, and there, where a given storage space in the high-bay warehouse free is. The high-bay warehouse consists of a grid construction with front and rear cross members, on which the pallets with their front and rear edge. positioned become. In the high-bay warehouse are for the pallets predetermined storage bins provided, on which the pallets are parked with shelf trucks can. Before storing the pallets they pass through a pallet measuring station in which a mounted on the pallet barcode tested and the Pallet is measured with the stacked fine papers. in this connection but only checks if the stacked Fine papers laterally over the palette protrude and what height have the stacks. Dependent on from the height the fine paper stack will be a more appropriate one for the pallets Storage bin allocated in the high bay warehouse. Since the articles in the form of Fine papers before storing in the high-bay warehouse initially on Pallets need to be stacked the storage process is complex. Through the pallets will also for The fine paper article reduces existing storage space. The pallets have a uniform depth to allow them with their front and back rear ends mounted on the front and rear cross members of the high-bay warehouse become. This is an optimal use of space of the high-bay warehouse not possible and not intended. It should also be noted that the fine paper packages in width and depth smaller dimensions have as the pallets with their already uniform depth. Also For this reason, at least in large parts, an optimal use of space not possible. The removal of individual fine paper articles from the stacks or from the pallets is awkward.

The Piece goods become so put together on the palette that's in the cache general cargo with the largest footprint or the General cargo same Height, the together occupy the largest footprint, be arranged in a corner of the pallet. The piece goods deviating, however, same height then be in the opposite Corner of the pallet arranged. In the further filling of the Pallet is operated so that the piece goods are stacked so that always as possible size, cohesive, flat horizontal surfaces result. This method is therefore assumed as possible to assemble in their form the same or similar general cargo to the Demand for coherent, level horizontal Surfaces too to reach. How and according to which criteria the pallets are stacked with Piece goods in Storage is not explained. The removal of individual Piece goods off would be the stacks also very expensive.
One such stacking is also from IPA-ILO research and practice, Volume 169, Walter Michael Stromer "method for automatic Palletizing of cuboid packages in any variety mix ", Springer-Verlag, 1992, pages 77 to 95 known. On pallets cuboid packages are after certain strategies are stacked so that reaches a desired charge carrier level becomes. The piece goods become stacked on pallets so that the pallet filling degree is as high as possible is. For this purpose, the dimensions of the packages are detected and transmitted to a computer. He controls over a handling device the package on a free space on a buffer tape. Once the buffer is filled, transmitted the computer the buffer content to a palletizing computer, the now after knowing the dimensions of the packaged goods in the buffer an industrial robot controls so that he can optimally load the pallet. How and after what criteria so laden, with stacked packaged goods provided Pallets are stored in the warehouse, is not specified.

Another method is known (VDI-Z 121 (1979) No. 7-April (I) pages 304-308), are used in the storage aids in the form of storage boxes or wire mesh containers. These storage aids are standardized, so that the warehouse can be equipped with predetermined storage spaces. At these predetermined storage locations, the storage aids are stored side by side. Due to the predetermined storage spaces optimum utilization of the available storage space is not provided. At the given storage space only a storage aid can be stored with provided for this storage space dimensions. The storage bin in the warehouse is selected depending on the criteria of minimum transport distance, minimum transport times and minimum transport costs. In addition, as the items in the storage aids are not measured and are not recorded, there is no possibility of them being measured To selectively remove items individually from the warehouse upon request.

It is still known (f + h-promoting and 29 (1979) No. 4, pages 294 to 298), in a high-bay warehouse at predetermined storage locations Warehouse tools, such as pallets, lattice boxes and small containers, chaotic to store. The storage aids are at the specified storage bins in Stored high-bay warehouse. The articles made by means of the bearing aids be stored in this process neither measured nor identified. Optimum utilization of the high-bay warehouse and a targeted removal of individual articles are with this procedure not possible.
Another known method (Technical Review 8/86, pages 44 to 49), articles are made according to a predetermined packing pattern Storage aids stacked in the form of pallets. As the pallets assigned in the high-bay warehouse storage bins are assigned a optimal utilization of the camp is not provided.
Of the Invention is based on the object, the method and the device so that the articles can be stored in such a way that The existing storage space is used optimally and yet a simple Removal of individual items from the warehouse is possible.
These Task is the method according to the invention with the features of the claim 1 and in the device according to the invention with the characterizing features of claim 15 solved.
At the inventive method The pharmacy articles are identified and the dimensions of the Article used. Based on the dimensions of the individual, to be stored Articles are computer-aided in the context of the storage procedure, individual storage locations in the Stock calculated. In this calculation of the storage locations, the from all Storage locations stored stored data on area and possibly height. The calculation of the storage locations takes into account the already stored or, if applicable, pharmacy articles already collected for storage under optimal surface or space utilization of the warehouse. It stands for the determination of the storage locations the selected one Storage location of the warehouse without predetermined division available. The calculated, the respective storage location determining position coordinates are recorded with the computer. The pharmacy articles will be then stored at the calculated storage locations.
Of the Pharmacy Articles will no longer be alphabetized by product name stored in the warehouse, but in terms of its size. On This way can be the one available standing storage space can be optimally utilized. In particular, points the camp does not (fixed) predetermined storage locations, but rather the respective storage location at the storage location in the context of the storage procedure calculated. Since the storage takes place computer-aided, the pharmacy articles be removed individually from the warehouse either manually or automatically. Also the filing of pharmacy items can be done manually or advantageously by a handling device. For manual storage, the calculator can for example via a to a printer connected to its interface, a filing list print out the basis of which the staff use the pharmacy article Example in conjunction with an optical coordinate system on Give storage location can. The respective bearing to be used is advantageous from the outside characterized, for example, by a computer-controlled optical Pointer.
The inventive device is characterized by the fact that it has at least one separation unit with which the pharmacy articles can be separated if For example, they can be stacked or poured into containers or delivery boxes become. With the downstream measuring device and / or Detection device can then measured and / or identified the isolated pharmacy articles become. As the surveying device and / or the detection device connected to the computer, he can from the sent Data for the individual pharmacy article suitable individual storage location calculate at the respective storage location. The calculated location becomes the handling device communicated, then computerized the pharmacy articles can store in the warehouse. The storage takes place here under optimal surface or Space utilization of the warehouse.

If the two larger sides of a parallelepipedic package are used as bearing surface sides, the average surface size per product is 5 cm × 7 cm = 35 cm 2 . If, for example, a 4 mm wide intermediate space is additionally added to the next package as a gripping space, the result is an area of 46 cm 2 . Furthermore, an average area loss in the storage optimization of, for example, 15% must be taken into account. This results in an average area size of 53 cm 2 . The 11320 articles thus claim a total storage area of 53 cm 2 × 11320 = 60 m 2 . In a pharmacy of average size, therefore, such a storage area of 60 m 2 must be available.

Accordingly, the preparations can be accommodated with a smallest edge length of 15 to 30 mm in the drawer type B, from 30 to 45 mm in the drawer type C, from 45 to 60 mm in the drawer type D and from 60 to 80 mm in the drawer type E. As a result, taking into account the average surface area of the products of 53 cm 2, the following needed storage space in the drawer different types:
Drawer type A: 6226 packs × 53 cm 2 = 33 m 2 Drawer surface with 45 mm grid heights ≙ Drawers
Drawer type B: 2264 packs × 53 cm 2 = 12 m 2 Drawer surface with 60 mm grid heights ≙ Drawers
Drawer type C: 1700 packs × 53 cm 2 = 9 m 2 drawer surface with 75 mm grid heights ≙ Drawers
Drawer type D: 906 packs × 53 cm 2 = 4.8 m 2 Drawer surface with 90 mm grid heights ≙ Drawers
Drawer type E: 227 packs × 53 cm 2 = 1.2 m 2 Drawer surface with 110 mm grid height ≙ 1 drawer.
The drawer surfaces thus give a total area of 60 m 2 . From the grid height and the drawer surface thus results in a net construction volume of drawers of 3.44 m 3 .
