Description

The present invention relates to a device with a head-mounted optical output device for computer-controlled simulation of human activities in the field of sports and / or the game to create a virtual reality. These include in particular sports and games in which devices or weapons are used and / or involved except the person performing the activity at least one living being, a movement machine or an object as a partner, opponent and / or target object.

In Scripture DE102005041712A1 describes an apparatus for real-time simulation of sports and games in which interaction with real objects takes place. Here, with a computer-controlled device, such as a ball machine, a robot, etc., a real sports equipment or a real weapon, such as a tennis ball, a sword, etc., moved into the sphere of action of the user. The disadvantage here is that the computer-controlled device is hidden in relation to the optical representation in the simulation and the virtual opponent is thus visually displayed only on a projection surface. Thus, physical impact on the user is only possible by the sports equipment or the weapon, but not by the aforementioned computer-controlled device, which is why, for example, the simulation of a foul of an opposing football player is excluded. A further disadvantage with this device is that the optical representation is based on an immobile projection surface, and the user thus has an action radius limited by the projection surface, which dilutes the simulation. Thus, due to the lack of a head-mounted display device, no real-world simulation is possible at all by this device. That in the patent DE60020123T2 The system for simulating events based on the position determination of persons or objects by means of a satellite navigation system and is therefore not suitable for handling small dynamically used sports equipment such as balls that would not be detected by a GPS. The training device set forth in the publication 9720110U1 represents sports equipment, such as balls, throwing objects, shooting objects, spinning objects, etc. that are removed from the user's reach only in a purely virtual manner and is therefore suitable only for training purposes within the framework of a computer-controlled simulation, but not for realistic ones complete simulation of an activity in the field of sport or game. To simulate human locomotion in the field is used in the Scriptures US 6 050 822 P described electromagnetic locomotion platform. In this case, the user is presented by means of representation of a virtual reality, sensors, electromagnetic devices, a treadmill, possibly dummies and a computer system a very realistic experience of his movements in an imaginary free nature, so that increased by a sunk into the virtual reality of the training effect will be able to reduce dangerous situations as they occur in nature. The apparatus for simulating US football and other sports on a field US 8368721B2 also has the function to give the user realistic simulation of sports by means of simulation images via a helmet for displaying the virtual reality, a computer system with artificial intelligence, real dummies, laser and sensor technology for orientation and semi-transparent glasses or LCD displays. whereby a treadmill is omitted here to increase the realism, and the player acts on an analogue playing field. A disadvantage of both above-mentioned concepts for simulation, however, is that for the implementation of certain activities, such as sports, weapons applications, etc., necessary sports equipment, such as play equipment, balls, weapons, etc., do not reach the user realistic. This limits the experience of the simulation. Furthermore, the range of action is limited by the use of a treadmill in a realistic remote way; or by using an analogue playing field disproportionately large spaces are needed for the simulation, which is costly for certain sports, such as soccer.

The adaptive training system US 2008/0269017 A1 describes a designed as a dummy mobile unit, the movement of the mobile dummy and the user sensory detected and matched by computer system. However, in this simulation, on the one hand no virtual reality is generated and on the other hand, in this system, the movement of the mobile dummy is always away from the user, so that no realistic simulation and no realistic interaction between dummy and user eg with physical contact is possible. In sports simulation robot US Pat. No. 9,039,547 B2 a throwing machine is combined with an omnidirectional vehicle, whereby a realistic simulation is achieved, in particular with respect to sports with balls or throwing sports equipment. However, the simulation is limited here because no virtual reality is generated.

In Scripture WO 2014 / 126509A1 A soccer game simulation is described in which a football dummy and football dummies are moved via a computer-controlled device to the user, with the purpose of using sensors to transmit data of the interaction between the user and the dummies in the simulation EDP. About the visual representation of a virtual reality becomes gives the user the experience of a virtual football game. At this time, however, the user moves on a treadmill, and the football and the footballer dummies are dummies attached to movement devices, thereby severely restricting the action radii of both the user and the sports equipment and the dummies. Thus, even with this arrangement no realistic simulation of a sport is possible.

The object of the present invention is to create a virtual reality in a realistic manner as necessary for a certain activity sports equipment and / or a dummy that imitates an individual or object involved in the activity, for the purpose of simulation a user within a limited space to allow him or her to reach or not reach the sports equipment and / or dummy, or to provide a dummy for locomotion to a user for purposes of simulation. As a result, in the case of reaching or locomotion, he can use the sports device and / or the dummy in a realistic manner, or the sports device or the dummy and the user can interact with each other in a realistic manner, the action being one-sided or mutually interactive can. This is intended to ensure that the user can exercise and experience a sport or a game as realistically as possible within the scope of a simulation; in that users, sports equipment and dummies have the highest possible degree of freedom in terms of movement.

This problem is solved by the features of claims 1 and 3.

As dummies are used in a preferred manner imitations of participating in the activity to be performed fictitious or real people, animals and / or objects, each of which thus dummy models are, with the imitation by means of the dummy in particular refers to the function. An optical and / or acoustic imitation by the dummy, which is possible but not necessary, is also provided for technical convenience, but is due to the application of the computer-controlled virtual reality behind the functional imitation, due to the realistic and thus physical action the dummy is essential to the user. The category of sports equipment preferably includes such sports equipment that are operated dynamically and remotely by the user, such as balls of any kind, pucks, boomerangs, frisbees, etc., but includes all sports equipment that can be brought into the sphere of action of a user. Here, a variable spatial distance, which is established between the user and the sports equipment and / or the dummy, within a range of zero value of a length unit, which means body contact, to one from the programming of the computer system and / or additional Random variables resulting maximum value. The category of the omnidirectional vehicle preferably comprises vehicles with omnidirectional drive, wherein preferably omnidirectional wheels, mecanum wheels, driving-rotary modules or steering rollers for operation on land and propellers or jet engines for operation in water or in the air are provided. Also, preferably fall within this category any convenient omnidirectional means of transport according to the current state of the art. The term bionic locomotion device includes devices in which motors are installed for propulsion of locomotives, which are designed analogous to natural locomotion organs and / or extremities from the field of nature in particular in functional terms. These include in particular legs or feet, fins, wings, etc. Furthermore, these devices include any convenient biomimetic means of transport according to the current state of the art. Preferably, the optical output device and the acoustic output device are combined to form a head-to-head audiovisual output device of the current state of the art. In this case, the audio-visual output device is preferably connected to at least one EDP unit and / or at least one sensor and / or at least one input device. Furthermore, the audiovisual output device is preferably designed as a data, video or VR helmet, data, video or VR glasses, etc., with headphones, earphones etc. for displaying an audiovisual virtual reality (VR), Moreover, by blending external and computer-generated images, an augmented reality can be applied. The category of input device that provides information to a computer here preferably includes garments equipped with sensors, shoes, gloves, flysticks, 3D mice, keyboards, image and voice recognition modules, etc., as well as any state of the art input devices for the purpose To interact with the virtual world. The category of stationary means of transport and / or of the running simulator, which must be omitted for the purpose of expanding the degrees of freedom of the user and / or the objects involved, includes, for example, treadmills, counter-swimming systems, VR playpens, vertical wind tunnels, etc. The area of spatial activity includes the spatial area in which the user exercises and moves his activity (activity); In addition, the spatial effect area concerns the spatial area in which the user develops an effect. The detection of the movement of the user is preferably carried out by means of at least one tracking device and preferably using methods of motion capture and / or performance capture. In addition, any convenient motion detection according to the current state of the art is provided. The movement control of the dummy is preferably carried out by means of the EDP system, wherein among other things movement data of the user are transmitted to the software.

The fact that the dummy is movable in the entire spatial activity and / or in the entire spatial area of action of the user performing the activity and in dependence on the detected movement of the user is a very close interaction between the dummy and the user possible. Depending on the design and the VR software, the dummy can act on the user physically and / or psychologically analogously to a real living being. The increase in the spatial distance between the sports equipment and the user by at least one transfer device and the reduction of the spatial distance between the sports equipment and the user by at least one additional transfer device bring the advantage that a team game is possible in a ball sport. In this way, in a backlash such as tennis as part of the simulation double feasible or in a goalkeeping such as football, the simultaneous interaction of the user with a teammate and an opponent dummy reachable. The reduction and enlargement of the spatial distances between sports equipment and the user can be implemented by the fact that the transfer devices are aligned by means of the software of the computer system to the user or away from the user. By connecting the dummy or the device for moving sports equipment with an omnidirectional vehicle or a bionic locomotion device to be shot sports equipment or dummies involved can be brought to a user without loss of time and realistic and are dummies in the entire spatial activity and / or in the entire spatial area of action movable , The advantages achieved by the invention are that sports such as football, tennis, ice hockey, water polo, boxing, hunting, fishing, sports with equipment for locomotion etc., but also activities such as computer games, physical games, weapons applications, etc. , can be simulated very realistically due to the greatest possible range of motion and the implementation of the most natural movement sequences of all involved, so that the user has an even more intense experience. In this case, sports or activities that involve risks and / or require numerous persons involved and / or take place outdoors, can be operated without risk or individually or weather independently in enclosed spaces.

In the following, six embodiments will be described in more detail. This show the 1 a football simulation that 2 a tennis simulation that 3 a sword fighting, angling sports and a hunting sports simulation and the 4 a ski sport simulation:
In 1 is a football simulation shown. The user 1 wears a data helmet 5 with optical output device 45 and acoustic output device 44 , which sends radio signals to a computer system 4 among other things with a software for generating a virtual reality and a random generator sends and receives from this. Through the data helmet 5 becomes the user 1 Realistic the events of a football game in the manner of a three-dimensional simulation shown. Furthermore, there are cameras 3 with microphones 47 installed, in addition to other input devices (not shown) and sensors by radio visual and audible data to the computer system 4 Send to capture the movements, positions and interactions of the people and objects involved and to keep the simulation in real time always up to date. About the computer system 4 become stationary ball machines 55 controlled. These are in ball machine groups 6 arranged one above the other, wherein the ball outlet openings 8th to the playing surface 15 are directed towards. Due to the larger number of ball machines 55 in horizontal and vertical arrangement is achieved that a football 2 Can be spent in the simulation of a football match in the shortest possible time and in the most realistic way possible. The computer system 4 is programmed to the football 2 which may have a sensor for acquiring simulation-relevant data in the interior, either by the user 1 , a football game character dummy 10 . 10A (Footballer dummy) or a stationary ball machine 55 receives at least one impulse.

Hereby receives the football 2 by the football player dummy 10 . 10A by means of the dummy machine built into the dummy (not shown) and / or the stationary ball machine 55 a value defined by the programming for a translational and / or an angular momentum, causing the football 2 is moved in a realistic way. The user 1 in turn presses the football 2 according to his choice and his abilities. The user 1 even gets over the data helmet 5 in real life Illustrated manner, for example, if he looks at parts of his body. In contrast, the audio-visual representation of football takes place 2 eg before shooting into the sphere of action of the user 1 on the one hand in a virtual manner, where, for example, a throw-in, a tee, a dribble or another football-related action is represented by a virtual football player, on the other hand in a real way after the shooting of a football 2 in the sphere of influence of the user. Here, the simulation software is preferably created so that, if no football 2 on the playing surface 15 is located, only a ball machine is activated and a football 2 out of a set of many soccer balls. Overall, the simulation is equipped with a sufficiently high number of footballs, via a computer-controlled football removal device 9 with ball remover 16 from the playing surface 15 be removed via a computer-controlled football collection and storage device 12 collected and via a football relay device 13 back to the ball machines 55 brought and stored there until the next use. For realistic simulation serve football dummies 10 . 10A , which can represent both the players and the opponent (football dummies) as well as arbitration and linesman (arbitration or linesman dummies) as well as other figures (eg racers, ball boys, coaches, etc.). Here are the dummies due to the simulation software and the data helmet 5 for the user 1 presented as if they were completely real persons or objects. You will be using a computerized Dummy Mover 17 in a realistic way on the playing surface 15 moves and performs movements for the purpose of football simulation. An improvement in the sense of the invention provides in 1 the football game character dummy 10A represented by an omnidirectional vehicle 23 with omnidirectional wheels 24 is moved over the playing surface. The footballer dummies 10 . 10A also have ball machines (not shown) to optimize the simulation. Here are the movements of the football game dummy person 10 . 10A and other dummies due to the simulation software, among other things insofar as they are controlled by the movements of the user (not shown) with a tracking device (not shown). 1 ) are influenced. As a result, realistic actions of football or referee dummies are possible. Both rules-compliant as well as illegal actions of a football game, such as foul play, handball, referee's complaint, etc., can be simulated. In addition, the football game characters dummies 10 . 10A in an embodiment not shown here in the manner of robots or autonomous automatic movement machines from the computer system 4 perform controlled movements and utterances for the purpose of football simulation. Furthermore, a dummy is a dummy 11 installed, as well as a network 14 stretched around the entire simulation system so that as few footballs as possible can be lost. The football simulation is programmed in such a way that on the one hand the user 1 a virtual reality in a football stadium possibly with audience, own and opposing team, coaching staff and everything else that belongs to a football match otherwise heard visually and acoustically. On the other hand, the football game characters become dummies 10 . 10A with dummy sensors 46 for recording simulation-relevant data, the game-updated football 2 , the Torattrappe 11 and other real objects in the area of the simulation as well as their positions via the data helmet 5 captured optically and acoustically and integrated into the simulation, so that the actual and the virtual reality together for the user 1 give a realistic overall picture. It is essential for the reality that the real dummies due to the imitation of the original persons and objects in functional terms can physically affect the user. Routes of the user run in curves 1 be via the programming via the VR helmet 5 visually and in a virtual way shown as a straight line, which allows a smaller playing field than in the real practice of football game. The computer system 4 is also programmed so that in every situation of the simulation of a football match according to the official rules as possible only a single football 2 on the playing surface 15 located. Furthermore, the programming allows a setting of the mode in such a way that the simulation is carried out according to the rules of a football game, or that the rules of the game are modified as desired. If there are several balls in play in a simulation according to rules for a football match, surplus balls will pass through the ball remover 16 eliminated as soon as possible. Will however by the user 1 For example, by means of program operation, the simulation of a football training selected, the software allows any number of footballs on the court 15 , Important for the appeal of football simulation is that the user 1 the playing strength of the simulation according to his wishes and abilities via the EDP system 4 can adjust, reducing the movements of football 2 and the football game characters dummies 10 . 10A as well as other simulation components are controlled and executed so that the user 1 The football can be more or less easily reached and operated according to the selected skill level. In addition, through the computer system 4 by means of the random generator those of the soccer game characters dummies 10 . 10A and / or ball machines 55 generated translation and angular momentum of football 2 affected. This ultimately enhances the realistic effect of the simulation. To increase the appeal of the simulation receive the football dummies in virtual reality, optionally, the look and / or style of current or former world-class football players, wherein the user 1 Select the desired opponents and / or other players before the game begins from a data pool of a corresponding football simulation program.

2 shows a tennis simulation. Again, the user wears 1 a data helmet 5 with optical output device 45 and acoustic output device 45 , the data to the computer system 4 among other things with software for generating a virtual reality and a random generator sends and receives. In addition, optical and acoustic data from those with microphones 47 equipped cameras 3 standing on camera edges 21 are mounted, and further on the body of the user 1 located input devices (not shown) and sensors to the computer system 4 sent to capture the movements, positions and interactions of the people and objects involved and to capture the current game situation via the real-time simulation program. On the playing field designed as a tennis field 15 with net posts 30 , Tennis net 31 and field markers 32 are on the user 1 opposite playing surface side two omnidirectional vehicles 23 and on the own Spielflächenseite an omnidirectional vehicle 23 , Here are the three omnidirectional vehicles 23 similarly designed. They are driven by an electric motor (not shown) and by casters or omnidirectional wheels 24 computer-controlled. On the omnidirectional vehicles 23 are each computer-controlled mobile ball machines 7 with respective ball outlet opening 8th mounted, the ball machines 7 each via a rod element 28 that in a cylinder 29 longitudinally displaceable, axially rotatable and variable against the cylinder 29 tiltable, with the omnidirectional vehicles 23 are connected. This ensures that the ball outlet openings 8th for the launch of the tennis balls 36 can be positioned as quickly as possible to the realistic simulation of a stroke with a tennis racket by means of EDP control. On the mobile ball machines 7 are ball catching funnels 22 for collecting the tennis balls to be shot 36 serve. Furthermore, at the omnidirectional vehicle 23 a computer-controlled movable dummy dummy 27 with a tennis racket dummy attached to it 25 assembled. The combinations of ball machine 7 , omnidirectional vehicle 23 , Dummy dummy 27 and tennis racket dummy 25 make tennis game characters dummies 49 (Tennis player dummy) each with dummy sensor 46 to capture simulation-relevant data and simulate on the one hand, the two opposing tennis players on the opposite side of the playing surface and on the other hand, the tennis doubles on the Spielflächenseite the user 1 , Thus, the omnidirectional vehicle 23 the motion device for the tennis game dummy person 49 including the ball machine 7 , Here are the tennis player dummies and other dummies due to the simulation software and using the data helmet 5 for the user 1 presented as if they were completely real persons or objects. Thus, in this example, two tennis player dummies stand as opponents of the user 1 and the user 1 with a tennis player dummy as a doubles partner at his side in a tennis doubles opposite. Here are the movements of the tennis game dummies 49 and other dummies due to the simulation software, among other things insofar as they are controlled by the movements of the user detected by a tracking device (not shown) 1 are affected. Here, the movements of the tennis player dummies computer-controlled depending on the game situation, which is constantly updated based on the data collected. In this case, depending on the game situation, and if necessary taking into account the rules of the tennis game by the simulation software by the user 1 by means of his tennis racket 26 or from a tennis player dummy by means of the ball machine 7 a tennis ball 36 beaten or shot on the opposite side of the playing surface. The user 1 eg when looking at his body parts over the data helmet 5 consistently real. In contrast, the tennis ball 36 on the one hand, for example, in the simulated impact movement of the virtual tennis player in a virtual manner and after the launch by the ball machine 7 presented in a real way audio-visually. In the presentation of the 2 is the ball machine 7 the tennis game dummy person 49 on the tennis court half of the user 1 oriented towards the opposite half of the seat due to the simulation software. On the other hand are the ball machines 7 the tennis game dummies 49 on the user 1 opposite half of the tennis court due to the simulation software to the half of the user 1 aligned. This will make the tennis balls 36 by means of the ball machine 7 the tennis game dummy person 49 on the tennis court half of the user 1 by the user 1 shot away and by means of the ball machines 7 the tennis game dummies 49 on the user 1 opposite tennis court half to the user 1 shot down. This may result in a rally by the user 1 the tennis ball 36 tried to beat back or a tennis player dummy using the ball machine 7 another tennis ball 36 from a large number of tennis balls shoots on the opposite side of the playing surface. Hereby the tennis ball gets 36 through the ball machine 7 a value defined by programming for a translational and / or an angular momentum, whereby the Tennis ball 36 is moved in a realistic way. Thus, different ball flight and stroke variants, such as topspin, slice, spin-free, etc., and ball speeds are generated, which is simulated according to the simulation program and optionally involving a random generator, a regular or a faulty beat of a tennis ball. It is provided in this example that the operation of the simulation program, the strength of the game and the rules of the game can be varied and that the mode "tennis individual" can be set. The easier the game strength is set, the more faulty strokes are simulated by the opposing tennis player dummies and the more easily accessible to the user 1 become the tennis balls 36 shot at his playing surface side. In the mode "tennis single" is the user 1 alone on his playing surface side and at least one opponent tennis player dummy 49 on the opposite side of the playing surface 15 , While in "tennis single" also several enemy tennis player dummies 49 However, to facilitate the simulation can be used, but only a tennis player dummy 49 as a single opposing tennis player using the software of the EDP system 4 in a realistic way for the user 1 portrayed as if the adversary were a completely real person. In the above case, then surplus tennis player dummies 49 hidden via the software. Optionally, EDP-controlled dummies can also be used for even more realistic simulation as arbitration and line judges and / or as ball children. About the data helmet 5 Further tennis-specific conditions, such as tennis stadium, flooring, audience, referees, ball children, award ceremony, etc., or other visual representations to the user 1 presented in three dimensions, thereby increasing the intensity of the experience; In addition, weather phenomena can be simulated via wind machines, sprinkler systems, high-intensity lamps (not shown in each case), which contributes to the proximity to reality. For driving the engines of omnidirectional vehicles 23 and the ball machines 7 including dummies is an electrical mains voltage connection 35 provided, the electrical energy via power line cable 33 via automatically cable-pulling cable drums 34 be led to the electric motors of omnidirectional vehicles 23 and the ball machines 7 is directed. This allows the tennis player dummies 49 Smaller and more realistic in comparison to battery operation. In a further preferred and not shown embodiment of the invention, the vehicles and ball machines can be operated without power cable, but with efficient and powerful batteries, which avoids annoying cable clutter. In addition, a computer-controlled tennis ball remover control device 19 installed by the unneeded tennis balls 36 over a tennis ball remover arm consisting of several articulated elements 18 with ball remover 16 and tennis ball grabs 20 from the playing surface 15 be removed. The collected tennis balls are then the ball machines 7 over mounted ball catching funnel 22 fed again. In this tennis simulation will be on the computer system 4 generated virtual images or sounds and the data helmet 5 , the cameras 3 , the microphones 47 , optionally sports equipment sensors 48 in the tennis balls 36 and other input devices not shown, real data merged into a three-dimensional overall presentation. Thus, the tennis game with its variants double, single, training, tournament, etc., and simulated as realistically as possible by incorporating optical and other sensual phenomena that belong to tennis. To enhance the attractiveness of the simulation, the virtual reality tennis player dummies optionally receive the look and / or style of current or former world-class tennis players, with the user 1 Select the desired opponent and / or double partner before the game begins from a data pool of a tennis simulation program.

In the 3 Three further embodiments are illustrated. In box A with the example "Fishing Sport" is about a dummy mover 17 a fish dummy 38 that is in a water-containing pond dummy 39 is located in the spatial sphere of action of the user 1 spent. In an advantageous embodiment is another dummy fish 38A with a computer-controlled omnidirectional watercraft 52 with propeller 50 movably connected, causing the fish dummy 38A computer-controlled in the water and within the sphere of influence of the user 1 can be moved closer to reality. The user 1 tries on the playing surface 15 standing with a dummy angel 37 , the fish dummies 38 . 38A to fish, whereby the connection between trapped fish and fishing line can be made eg by means of magnets. In field B controls a computer-controlled omnidirectional vehicle 23 with omnidirectional wheels 24 a wild mammal dummy 40 to simulate hunting sport on a playing surface 15 and in field C moves a computer-controlled omnidirectional vehicle 23 with omnidirectional wheels 24 a swordsman dummy 41 to simulate a sword fight on a playing surface 15 each in the spatial activity of the user 1 , Furthermore, both the mammalian dummy lead 40 as well as the Swordsman Dummy 41 via engines installed in the dummies (not shown) by computer-controlled realistic proper movements. The user presses 1 in hunting simulation a rifle dummy 43 and at the Swordplay simulation as well as the swordfighter dummy 41 a dummy of a sword 42 , Here are the dummies due to the simulation software and the data helmet 5 for the user 1 presented as if they were completely real people or animals or objects. Using Dummy Removal Devices 51 become the dummies 41 . 40 if necessary from the playing surface 15 away. About cameras 3 with microphones 47 , other input devices (not shown) and sensors are each visual and audible data to the computer system 4 including software for generating a virtual reality and a random number generator to detect movements, positions and interactions of the persons and objects involved and to continuously update the simulation software. Here are the movements of the dummies 38 . 38A . 40 . 41 among other things, controlled by the simulation software, insofar as it is detected by the movements of the user detected by a tracking device (not shown) 1 are affected. Also, in the three examples, between the data helm 5 the user 1 dummy sensors attached to the dummy 46 and the computer system 4 Data sent and received by radio. This way, each time the user 1 via the respective simulation program, a virtual reality of fishing (field A) and hunting (field B) optionally in virtual free nature or sword fighting (field C) in an optionally attractively designed virtual environment by means of the data helmet 5 shown. Here the user can 1 Before the game starts, select the scenes, the designs of the dummies, the situations of the incident, the historical or current topics or backgrounds as well as any other factors from the data pools of the simulation software. This can be the user 1 analogous to a feature film, but here he can himself influence the process in the middle of the action, moving virtually and realistically through a world shaped by a computer-animated design.

In 4 is still an embodiment with a dummy for locomotion explained, in which case the skiing is simulated: At the feet of the user 1 are ski dummies 53 fastened, besides, the user holds with the hands ski-rack dummies 54 , At the head is the data helmet 5 with optical output device 44 and acoustic output device 45 attached to depicting a skiing simulation. Both ski dummies 53 are each with an omnidirectional vehicle 23 with omnidirectional wheels 24 connected. About cameras 3 with microphones 47 , other input devices (not shown) and sensors are each visual and audible data to the computer system 4 including software for generating a virtual reality and a random number generator to detect movements, positions and interactions of the persons and objects involved and to continuously update the simulation software. Here are the movements of the ski dummies 53 in the entire spatial area of activity on the basis of the simulation software, among other things insofar as they are controlled by the movements of the user (not shown) with a tracking device 1 are affected.

In the examples of the four drawings shown, in the case of technical expediency, instead of the dummy-moving devices 17 or omnidirectional vehicles 23 . 52 also bionic ie biomimetic locomotion devices (not shown) are applied. In this case, apparatuses are provided in which are provided via an electric motor driven artificial limbs for movement on solid ground, artificial fins for movement in the water and artificial wings for movement in the air.

In addition to the above examples, numerous other examples from the world of sports or play are included in the present invention.
