Abstract

技术领域

背景技术
通常而言，当前存在三种类型的图像扫描器产品。其每一种专用于一类应用并且受在成像扫描器中所使用的透镜所限定。
例如，对于通用的应用，成像扫描器使用标准范围（SR）透镜。具有在近范围处聚焦的高密度透镜（HD）用于在近范围中的最佳性能以读取细间距高密度码。当存在扩展成像扫描器的工作范围的需求时，使用具有较长的焦距长度和较窄的视场的扩展范围（ER）透镜。
在每一个情形中，要求不同的扫描器。在一些应用中，需要在相同的工作区域内读取不同类型的条码，导致在一个位置处需要多个扫描器。

Claims (15)

1.一种用于扫描条码的图像扫描器的附加装置，所述图像扫描器具有标准范围透镜，所述标准范围透镜具有透镜前部和光轴；所述附加装置包括：
壳体，所述壳体安装至所述图像扫描器上的标准范围透镜前部；
透镜保持器，所述透镜保持器具有用于保持第一透镜的第一位置；具有第二位置，所述第二位置是孔；以及具有用于保持第二透镜的第三位置；
高密度透镜，所述高密度透镜安装在所述第一位置中；
扩展范围透镜，所述扩展范围透镜安装在所述第三位置中；
所述透镜保持器安装在所述壳体中并且横向于所述图像扫描器的所述光轴；
所述透镜保持器在所述壳体内是可移动的，以交替地定位所述高密度透镜、所述孔以及所述扩展范围透镜使其与所述图像扫描器的所述标准范围透镜的所述光轴对齐。
2.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，进一步包括电机，所述电机安装至所述壳体；所述电机联接至所述透镜保持器；所述电机被构造成在所述壳体内移动所述透镜保持器，以交替地定位所述高密度透镜、所述孔以及所述扩展范围透镜使其与所述图像扫描器的所述标准范围透镜的所述光轴对齐。
3.根据权利要求2所述的附加装置，其中，所述电机设置有螺纹轴；所述透镜保持器设置有螺纹容纳器；以及其中，所述电机经由容纳至所述螺纹容纳器中的螺纹轴而联接至所述透镜保持器。
4.根据权利要求2所述的附加装置，其中，所述透镜保持器在所述壳体中是能够可旋转地移动的。
5.根据权利要求2所述的附加装置，其中，所述透镜保持器在所述壳体内、在平行于所述图像扫描器放置在其上的平面的方向上是可移动的。
6.根据权利要求2所述的附加装置，其中，所述透镜保持器在所述壳体内、在垂直于所述图像扫描器放置在其上的平面的方向上是可移动的。
7.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，其中，所述扩展范围透镜是伸缩式双胶合透镜。
8.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，其中，所述高密度透镜是平凸透镜。
9.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，其中，所述扩展范围透镜和所述高密度透镜被模制至所述透镜保持器中。
10.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，其中，所述壳体设置有滑动销；以及其中，所述透镜保持器设置有用于所述滑动销的容纳器；当所述滑动销容纳在所述容纳器中时，所述透镜保持器被可移动地安装至所述壳体。
11.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，其中，与所述图像扫描器的所述标准范围透镜的所述光轴对齐的第一、第二和第三位置是预定位置；以及其中，所述透镜保持器设置有用于所述壳体内的所述预定位置的机械止动件。
12.根据权利要求2所述的附加装置，其中，所述电机是微型直流电机。
13.根据权利要求3所述的附加装置，其中，所述电机设置有自锁定式螺纹驱动机构。
14.根据权利要求1所述的附加装置，其中，所述图像扫描器设置有激光瞄准器和照明器；所述激光瞄准器、所述照明器和所述标准范围透镜处于第一线性关系；所述附加装置进一步包括瞄准器透镜；所述透镜保持器设置有瞄准器透镜保持器；所述瞄准器透镜置于所述瞄准器透镜保持器中；所述瞄准器透镜保持器与所述第三位置处于第二线性关系；所述第一位置、所述第二位置和所述第三位置处于第三线性关系；所述第二线性关系垂直于所述第三线性关系；所述第二线性关系对应于所述第一线性关系，使得当所述第三位置与所述图像扫描器的所述光轴对齐时，所述瞄准器透镜与所述激光瞄准器对齐。
15.根据权利要求14所述的附加装置，其中，所述附加装置进一步包括照明器透镜；所述透镜保持器设置有照明器透镜保持器；所述照明器透镜置于所述照明器透镜保持器中；所述照明器透镜保持器与所述第三位置以及所述瞄准器透镜保持器处于所述第二线性关系；所述第二线性关系对应于所述第一线性关系，使得当所述第三位置与所述图像扫描器的所述光轴对齐时，所述瞄准器透镜与所述激光瞄准器对齐，并且所述照明器透镜与所述照明器对齐。
