Abstract

一般而言,标记读取器(例如,条形码扫描器)落在如下三类中的一类中:棒式扫描器、激光扫描器以及成像条形码读取器。

瞄准模块可以为LED(即,发光二极管)瞄准器或者激光瞄准器这两个形式中的其中一个。顾名思义,瞄准模块光源为激光,并且LED瞄准器的瞄准模块光源为LED。所使用的瞄准器的类型取决于应用。例如,由于激光的高强度,激光瞄准器的范围通常比LED瞄准器的大。
在瞄准模块的示例性实施例中,准直透镜定位在激光的前面以校准激光的光。衍射光学元件(即,DOE)定位在准直透镜的前面(即,在光源与目标之间)以在目标上形成对准图案。
在另一实施例中,瞄准模块光源(即,LED或者激光二极管)定位在瞄准模块光圈的后面,该光圈对应于对准图案。壳体的集成光学结构配置为形成壳体瞄准透镜,以及壳体瞄准透镜用于将瞄准模块光圈的图像投射到目标上。

Claims (14)
1.一种用于标记读取器的成像引擎,其包括:
成像模块,所述成像模块用于捕捉所述成像引擎的视场的图像;
瞄准模块,所述瞄准模块用于将可见对准图案投射到目标上,以提供关于所述成像引擎的视场的信息并且便于对准由所述成像模块捕捉的所述图像;
照明模块,所述照明模块用于将光投射到目标上以照亮所述成像引擎的视场;以及
壳体,所述壳体配置以为所述成像模块、所述瞄准模块以及所述照明模块提供支撑和对准,所述壳体包括集成光学结构。
2.根据权利要求1所述的成像引擎,其中:
所述成像模块包括图像传感器和一个或多个成像模块透镜;
所述壳体的集成光学结构配置为壳体成像透镜;以及
所述一个或多个成像模块透镜和所述壳体成像透镜形成透镜组以将图像呈递到所述图像传感器上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的成像引擎,其中:
所述瞄准模块包括瞄准模块光源,所述瞄准模块光源用于照亮定位在所述瞄准模块光源前面的瞄准模块光圈,以及
所述壳体的集成光学结构配置为壳体瞄准透镜,所述壳体瞄准透镜定位在所述瞄准模块光源的前面,以便将所述瞄准模块光圈的图像投射到所述目标上。
4.根据权利要求3所述的成像引擎,其中,所述瞄准模块光源为发光二极管。
5.根据权利要求3所述的成像引擎,其中,所述瞄准模块光源为激光二极管。
6.根据权利要求1所述的成像引擎,其中,所述瞄准模块包括定位在壳体瞄准透镜后面的瞄准模块光源,所述壳体瞄准透镜为所述壳体的集成光学结构的一部分并且配置为在所述目标上创建可见对准图案。
7.根据权利要求6所述的成像引擎,其中,所述瞄准模块光源为激光二极管。
8.根据权利要求6所述的成像引擎,其中,所述瞄准模块光源为发光二极管。
9.根据权利要求1所述的成像引擎,其中,所述照明模块包括定位在壳体照明透镜后面的照明模块光源,所述壳体照明透镜为所述壳体的集成光学结构的一部分并且配置为在所述成像引擎的视场内提供均匀照明。
10.根据权利要求9所述的成像引擎,其中,所述照明模块光源为发光二极管。
11.根据权利要求1所述的成像引擎,其中,所述壳体包括光学透明材料。
12.根据权利要求11所述的成像引擎,其中,所述壳体包括聚碳酸酯。
13.根据权利要求11所述的成像引擎,其中,所述壳体包括聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯(PMMA)。
14.根据权利要求1所述的成像引擎,其中,所述壳体由以下材料形成:(i)提供结构支撑和挡光功能的第一模制材料,以及(ii)光学透明的并且形成壳体的集成光学结构的第二模制材料。
