Account Associate, AdWords - Buenos Aires

This position is based in Buenos Aires, Argentina.

The area: Online Sales and Operations

The Online Sales and Operations (OSO) team keeps Google growing and profitable. We are dedicated to supporting the company's expanding base of advertisers, publishers and users in more than 40 languages on a global basis, and providing them with the highest levels of service. We are responsible for supporting customers and generating revenue from a broad range of products such as AdWords, AdSense, Gmail and Google Earth. This means that OSO team members need to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible – and able to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role: Account Associate, AdWords

As an Account Associate, you will work with Adwords to help customers get the most out of their advertising efforts. You will act as an expert at satisfying our clients by exceeding their expectations in the management of their campaigns using AdWords, Google's innovative online advertising program. The ideal candidate is excited to provide the optimal client service experience to our advertisers, using his/her passion for the Internet to provide amazing customer service to our online accounts advertisers.

Responsibilities:

• Provide excellent customer service to Google's advertisers via email, phone, and meetings.
• Engage in advertising sales, customer acquisition, and upselling.
• Troubleshoot existing advertising campaigns and technical problems.
• Optimize advertiser keyword lists and ads in order to maximize advertisers' ROI.
• Work with our advertising operations to ensure successful delivery of ads and high customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• BA/BS degree preferred with a strong academic record.
• Sales and customer/client service experience a plus.
• Experience delivering technical or product training.
• Must possess fluent verbal and written language skills in both Spanish and English.
• Technical troubleshooting skills a plus.
